Product was fantastic but delivered 5 days late!

I ordered XL Hot Pink Ferrero Rocher & Lindt Lindor With Roses Hand-Tied Bouquet for my mother-in-law for Mothers day. Wendy was really happy with the bouquet and enjoyed the chocolate. Definitely recommend and will use for gift ideas again. Thank you

I was looking for a gift for a friend who had just come out of hospital. Having been disappointed with flowers sent previously I was looking for something different. I cannot tell you how delighted I and my friend were when this was delivered. I will definitely be recommending you and using your company again.

This was a beautiful gift bought for my mother-in-law for Easter.

Fab service and delivery was fast and as expected.

The chocolate bouquet itself was stunning. The flowers looked authentic and expensive, and the addition of decadent chocolates were a bonus!

No idea as thou po said its delivered person I bought for hasn't received gift

Easy to use website with plenty of choices for beautiful gifts. This was a gift for my sister in law for her birthday and she loved it. I would absolutely recommend this company 👌

Brilliant service! My mother loved the chocolate gift hamper. Delivered on time and as requested. Thank you.

This was a Birthday gift for my daughter. Goat gifts website easy to find gifts, order and a speedy delivery. On receipt the gift was as described and put a happy birthday smile on my daughters face. Thank you Goat Gifts value for money and excellent customer service.

Absolutely beautiful. Delicately packed and in perfect condition. Thanks xx

Beautiful flowers no disappointment
Looks exactly like the ones online :)

My item was not delivered on the date I specified. So if anyone is planning a surprise best not to use goat gifts because your item can arrive before it's expected to.

Fabulous chocolate bouquet and quick delivery, thanks x

Gift box arrived damaged with a large tear, outer box was fine. Emailed the support inbox a few times but had no response. Gift box was the whole purpose of sending something.

Pretty poor service for a gifting company.

Edit:

Just read the sellers responses to the reviews. For reference I’ve emailed twice to 2 separate email addresses:

support goatgifts.co.uk 14th April 09:05
goat-gifts outlook.com 12th April 17:39
(Can’t add in the @ symbol due to Trustpilot requirements).

Both emails on collateral from Goat Gifts.

It would appear that they use the same line to most negative reviews that buyers didn’t contact them or emails weren’t received.

Very well made and packaged,
Very pleased with the product.

Beautiful gift. Delivery extremely quick. Will definitely be ordering from this company again!

I was pleased with the quality of the item. Gifts arrived so quickly & are lovely. So well presented.
Was exactly what it looked like online.Really happy with everything.

A bit disappointed because there was only 8 small ferrero rocher in my daughters bouquet instead of 9 as stated when ordered
