Poor Customer Service
I contacted GoBoat regarding a voucher issue but have not received a response so far.
I used a £139 voucher for a booking and only £69 was used, leaving unused value remaining. I emailed customer service to ask to reinstate or restore the remaining value for future bookings, but have not heard back.
This has been both inconvenient and frustrating as it has delayed my plans and left me unable to make further bookings while waiting for support. I was hoping to use the remaining balance for upcoming bookings, but the lack of communication has made the process unnecessarily difficult and disappointing.
