If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Took time off work to wait for an order. Said it was out for delivery and then suddenly it “couldn’t be delivered” saying they attempted to contact me. Unable to speak to a human. I’m convinced the business is run by 3 monkeys in a trench coat. Avoid at all costs. If you are a retailer or business using them as a courier, do not.

It looked like the driver was going to leave without delivering my box. There was no knock on the door and did not ring doorbell. I have a small dog who will bark anytime someone knocks so I know. Luckily I went to the door and then he came back. Please inform drivers to leave box at my door.

On time and professional delivery right to my doorstep

Came on time and nothings wrong with the package. At one point the tracking link didn’t work work but it started working again.

The delivery service was prompt and the two gentlemen were courteous. They were delivering to my apt complex that had an elevator so the entire process was smooth and they dropped off all pieces of my couch delivery right at my apt door in no time. The guys were professional and I'm glad my stop was early on in their morning route

Amazing communication of where my couch was and it even got delivered earlier than expected. Super efficient and quick team. Very respectful of my space when coming in and releasing the boxes. 10/10 experience!

Where in the world is my delivery? They were the courier that was fulfilling an IKEA order. It’s vanished out of thin air, ME and IKEA cannot get a hold of GoBolt for more information!

My experience so you can expect what may happen:

- I waited at home all day, delivery window being 9-11 am.
- Stated “get ready you’re next” from 10 am onwards.
- NO DELIVERY ALL DAY.
- 8 pm received an email “oh no! This was unable to be delivered!”
- No rescheduling email after their “undelivered” message said they would email.
- No commitment to deliver “next day” as per their website’s writing.
- No update on the IKEA delivery tracking website.
- No customer service phone number available.
- No response with a real agent on their website help chat.
- IKEA’s customer service team can’t get a hold of them, can’t call, are unable to reschedule a delivery with their system.
- IKEA’s team is “figuring this out”.

Driver was very professional, friendly, efficient and very helpful. One of the best delivery experiences I have encountered. He is a valuable employee!

The men who came to deliver my stuff, were very professional and very nice.

The box was left on my door steps. All good.

My instructions were followed and the package was delivered on time in the manner i specified. I did not have to do anything else. it was there when I checked and the messages about delivery were clear.
