The delivery team was fantastic! They did a great job to assemble the furniture and bring the pieces inside. They were very careful and ensured that all debris was cleaned up before they left.

I watched my delivery on live tracking all day and as I stood in my front yard waiting for the driver to pull up I received a message saying unable to access !! Nobody even tried or tried contacting me as I was standing in front of my place with my phone in my hand as I watched it not turn onto my street and continue on down the hiway.

This company is disgusting and despicable. The level of incompetence for last mile delivery is laughable. They wait till they have enough orders to justify sending out your delivery, so they’ll hold your package hostage and there’s nothing you can do, no one you can talk to. Put this terrible service out of business.

It was unexpectedly delivered earlier in the day. Which means I can get out to do my weekend errands earlier rather than be kept waiting for the rest of the day for my order to arrive.

Loved getting the text that it was delivered because drivers don’t knock.

Driver was very nice. I had sent instructions to leave in porch as delivery was changed several times but apparently a signature was required which surprised me. I had been notified 3 previous times of delivery but they never happened so was just lucky to be home.

Listen to instructions well, and took his time on being careful.

Package was in mint condition.

Les livreurs ont gravement endommagé ma propriété en reculant à répétition leur camion sur mon gazon, laissant de larges trous, alors que notre entrée est pourtant très spacieuse. Leur attitude démontrait un manque total de professionnalisme.
La situation a dégénéré en agressions verbales de la part des livreurs. Pour couronner le tout, ils ont même signé à notre place l’acceptation de la livraison, à notre insu.
Nous tentons depuis d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais GoBolt insinue que nous mentons et refuse toute compensation. Je suis profondément troublée par la manière dont mon conjoint et moi avons été traités du début à la fin. Cette compagnie démontre un mépris complet pour ses clients et pour leur satisfaction.

The delivery service was extremely poor. It is perplexing that a retail brand such as Aritzia would choose to ship items through an unreliable shipping company like Gobolt, especially in an era where technological efficiency is paramount. There should be more effective methods of communicating with customers in real time beyond just email. It is disappointing that my children's dresses did not arrive in time for their graduation.
