I would like to make a complaint about your delivery system. These costly items from Mini Mioche were tossed at the top of our driveway during a rainstorm--November, 2025, a Christmas present. The driveway is neither long or steep. What happened to delivering packages to the front door? As it was, the outside covering of green plastic was soaked. Inside the items were damp. I paid top dollar for these items and I had expected a better system of delivery.

The guys who did the delivery were great. The only issue was the delivery window was 9am until 9pm which made booking the service elevator on advance impossible. My building management weren't happy with the time that arrived but what can you do, they worked all day.

Horrible. They said I had an address issue when my address was correct. They didn’t want to deliver my medication which I needed before my trip. Do not use them if you actually want your order delivered.

Very good communication with driver. Once arrived they were extremely nice and helpful with bringing the packages to the elevator. Great service

Driver / deliverer went above and beyond to get the boxes unloaded quickly. We had to head to the airport and time was tight.

The team was really helpful and brought my boxes all the way to my condo door which they didn't necessarily have to do. They normally would have had to leave it in the loading bay or with the conceirge. They were very patient when the service elevator was not working properly and brought everything up very quickly and made sure all the pieces were there before leaving.

Items are packed more efficiently and safely than some I recieved before.

False delivery times and abysmal at best customer service. I've never had a worse experience.
I ordered a couch and got notification that it was out for delivery. I signed up for both text and email notifications. My delivery timeframe was 9AM-9PM, I received the delivery notification at 9:40AM with a link to track the delivery live. I monitored the tracker all day up until I could see that the truck was 10 minutes away from my home. I left work early so I can be present for the delivery. This was at 4PM. I waited 4 more hours, the live tracker even said "now is the time to prepare for delivery" only to then get a notice just after 8PM that "delivery attempt was made" even though no one had showed up to my home. I have a large window that looks on to my porch as well as a doorbell camera that views the porch and street. There was no attempt.
GoBolt has no phone number, the only option is a Live Chat agent. Absolutely useless. They could not provide me any information, they just send scripted responses, offer no compensation, solution, or any help, and then they stop answering completely. Complete waste of time, money, and patience. If any other companies use GoBolt, I'd highly recommend to choose somewhere else.
