Now waiting 14 days no response from customer service emailed done everything sent my drivers licence photo i need access to my account its not a joke i actually rrly on the points for food

Shocking!! Interface is so un user friendly…the fact that you give so much of your personal information and then are left frustrated by everything you touch. The fact that no one is responding to the other reviews says it all!!

I will give 2 stars instead of 1 because I appreciate the fast payouts and option for direct deposit to my bank account.

However, this place drives me absolutely nuts! At least every 5-8 surveys (that is, if I even get in without a "survey is full" message), I complete the whole thing only for it not to credit properly at the end. I then have to waste my time contacting support to get the proper credit. I've always gotten it, but it's several days later and the surveys that should have counted have prevented me from getting a weekly bonus more than once.

No idea how this place has such high ratings on other sites. It is a massive headache and I will be done if I can ever get to cashout.

Blocked and unable to withdraw the money I made with them. Surveys disqualify you when you complete them, customer service is absolute trash, shady and greedy company.

The past ten days I have only received one survey for 11 points I have sent multiple emails to get a response as to why and three times now no answer at all I don't know what is going on but no surveys and before that alot of rejects

I signed up after looking at great reviews and the site little by little tries to get every ounce of your info with every survey. Then after spending ages on a survey it says full up and you get 1 point. I did this with the same result 5 times.

Steer clear! Waste of time and probably a scam.
Hours spent filling in survey forms which collect lots of data, then quit on you giving you a 1 point reward instead of the bigger reward advertised before starting.

Poor survey filter, with rejections seemingly based on age (in some cases).

I had my first rejected survey yesterday, deducting 21 without providing a reason.
This is both disgusting and disproportionate, given the pathetic 1 point "rewards" for survey rejections that collect a significant amount of data.

Elimination from a survey at 95% completion constitutes fraud.

The customer service is a disgrace, don't waste your time. They block your account without telling the reason and their customer support keeps replying same thing, like a robot. GARBAGE

They constantly tell u survey full even when the survey is just posted and then is u complain just get a few points.Technical, errors, not a match, any excuse to get your input for free. Only good thing is that they pay right away once u get to $5. They never credit u towards the bonus when you are rejected as above. Sometimes they give u full credit when u complain but usually just a few points to pacify u. There are honest companies out there, this is not one of them.

Avoid at all cost
Found this company from an independent article suggesting doing some surveys a day could yield you cash / vouchers to help with the cost of living. I signed up and spent several hours completing surveys. Some when I got to the end stating the survey is full and I therefore didn't get my reward. I was disappointed but carried on thinking this must be a one off, it happened again. There are several tests within the surveys to make sure you are not just random ticking or answering stuff which of course i was taking due care with all my responses. I was close to finally having completed enough surveys to fulfil my first cash out/ voucher and when I logged on was told my account was suspended. I contacted them immediately to which I got a response 3 days later with this response ;

Well, I wouldn't be writing this review then if I had cheated. Its 100% a scam and stay well away do not waste any of your time.

Absolute garbage website. Promises the earth in terms of what you can earn yet fails to deliver on a massive scale. You are invited to participate in various surveys across a range of topics. Completed a few to earn points and completed some others taking a couple of hours of my time only for the points not to be added. The survey which I have spent 30 minutes on has not even registered in the dashboard. Spent quite a bit of time starting surveys to be told after 5-10 minutes in them I do not qualify or are not what they are looking for as you are not a 'match'. You will spend an eternity trying to rack up points. Better off finding other ways to earn money. This site should be removed - massive CON!!

I couldn’t enter my mobile number and sent a help request, the reply was - after a thorough review we are suspending your account! What a strange company, best avoid.

Fully time waste.
Maximum time survey shows that didn't match and After successfully completing a survey it shows record failed or survey fillup

I received an unpleasant email about a rejection of a survey It threatened to deactivate my account if a survey is rejected by their client you are not allowed to know why. Branded surveys should be focusing more on the participants than clients and demand to know the reason why
Also if a survey is found in your favour it is not added to branded elite, which means you lose out on extra points.
I am a member of 6 other survey sites and this is the only one who deducts points because of a client I don’t even know if they are lying to save paying out
Other survey sites add the points to your account while they investigate

Taking surveys with branded research is a risk. Once you complete a survey, points are supposed to be awarded to your account. I have completed several surveys without being awarded points. The survey is mark as completed, yet the points are not put into account. When I notify customer service, they send a screen shot saying completed. I know it says completed. It is so frustrating doing surveys only to be cheated out of points. So many negatives reviews, saying the same thing. Warning, this company scams and cheats people.

I was nervous sending in my review incase I was alone with my complaint,but im just one of the many conned on.Branded surveys ,so im afraid there of my list unless my monies are forth coming

All of the stories about Branded Research being a scam are true.

They will rip you off for your effort and time, promising 'points' towards a payment which, even after 20 minutes of effort, resolve to a single point.

Not to mention that their points amount to $0.01 per point. So, reaching 500 points will give you a payout of $5.

Waste of effort and time...total bs scammer.

The platform itself operates as a scam.
The surveys may be legit, but the compensation for filling them are not on par or none at all.

Total waste of time.

It reels you in with the promise of money rendered by the end of the day, but it ends up failing to deliver, every time.

Uses shady business practices such as lies and tricks to keep you hooked.

Platform uses credit score to redeem money, allows you to score huge amounts of points at the beginning and then starts failing to deliver in obscure ways:

- Having you complete a survey for it to fail to provide a credit score.
- Having you complete an entire survey just to tell you that you do not qualify for it, this occurs in various degrees of survey completion from 5min to 30min or more.
- Stating that the survey will take x alloted time to complete only to take several times more.
- The longer the survey, the more chances it will fail to deliver.
- being unable to redeem large credit scoring surveys after the first two.
- Errors having you filling up for s for hours while not providing credit.
