Smooth Booking and Fast, Helpful Support
I had a great experience using Go Catch. I used it yesterday to book into my syndicate at Commonwood Fishery, and the whole process worked smoothly with no issues at all.
The response was fast, the support was helpful, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend gocatch.fish to others.

Good Customer Service
Customer Service has been great. I have been using the Catch app frequently. There have been a handful of occasions where I’ve needed assistance or needed things changed to my booking. The customer service has been brilliant. I’ve usually been contacted within 10-30mins tops to help resolve the matter. Where possible, they will accommodate changes, lake/peg moves and any other administrative adjustments with fair reason. Through my interactions, I do sense a genuine tone to resolve the matter for the angler and ensure the experience of using their booking system AND your angling needs are met.

Due to having no available transport, I had to reluctantly cancel a 72hr session at Tar Farm fisheries; I gave just 7 days notice.
Kayla Lewis dealt with my initial email enquiry immediately and was very helpful. Once confirming that I would definitely like a refund, Kayla reimbursed my credit card within a minute or so of my request.

Personal service - app poor
I found the app nearly impossible to use to book multiple days but Catch are 100% helpful on the phone resolving issues and manually booking for me. Very responsive.

Great Lake, well kept, happy and helpful bailiff, spacious swims and nice location. Had numerous carp on the bank, 16lbs was my biggest looking forward to coming back and trying to find one of the bigg’uns 🤞
