I wish I`d read the other reviews before I attepted to use the discount! As other reviewers have stated this is disingenuous as some sites including MSE suggest this as an option but when you attempt to upload the code it says it isn`t eligible or the code has expired!

Apparently this isn`t eligible in the UK. I will post on the MSE website..Money saving expert) and let them know.

If I could give zero stars I would. It`s wasted so much time.

Hopeless. Asks for a code to be sent to your +44 mobile only to say it can’t verify in the UK(!).. come on M&S partner with someone who can actually verify ages..

Absolutely useless company, could not process defence discount, when we eventually go to the nitty gritty, the discount code was not recognised. Waste of time (my time) and yours if you use.

Wouldn’t bother . Codes never work

Really bad customer service. A voucher generated from them (for M&S), after verification, is constantly inactive or invalid and when I contacted them for support they were just sending me weird responses, as if they’re not even reading my emails. I’d stay away.

They say they can't read document - which incidently is readable by a 5 year old - terrible - I simply won't buy the item I was going to! So don't say improves sales
