I can’t give them a rating lower than one star otherwise I would. This is a SCAM, stay away from buying anything from these thieves. I placed an order May 28 and today July 23rd, I have not received the item or information about the location of where the item is. I contacted American Express and told them the story and they immediately credited me with the charge. This is another internet scam which have made me realize that I won’t buy anything online anymore unless it is with Amazon.

Ordered a torch worth $50. They sent a torch worth $5 and tried to compensate me with $12. Wasn’t interested in the compensation just wanted the torch I ordered or my money back. They were hopeless to deal with and had no interest in honouring the sales contract. Seems to me to be an elaborate scam. Wouldn’t bother dealing with them.

Average experience. Long shipping times, but high levels of communication. Product was much smaller than expected, but a nice product. Cost was a bit high but not horrible because it is unique.

I had no idea that it would take so long for the delivery… took almost a month to get through all the steps to import it. and the light itself ended up being decent… for a utility use case… absolutely not a tactical/law enforcement light… no pressure switch, red is only a strobe not a red work light to retain night vision. I’m going to carry it as a backup… but it’s really not super useful for my needs.

It's a scam page, they will send you some worthless item from China to have proof that you have received ordered item

scam website definitely dont buy from here, they will overcharge you(I got charged 8$ more for no reason), they send you a link to tracking hub website who will show you fake info and you will not receive anything

I ordered a rc truck...waited and waited, got nothing. Emailed support and they said its been lost and they can send me another if I pay shipping and for the loss of the first package. I'm posting my experience on all social media platforms to stop this from happening to hard working people

Thought it was a scam but no ordered 3 RC Trucks took a few weeks but they arrived as advertised great little toys my son loves.

I ordered and paid for a hand cranked solar powered Power Bank= They sent me a smaller capacity item that was not 'hand cranked' and did not have the connected seperate usb output leads.

Bought an item with a checked delivery adress, and never got it, tho saying delivered. And customer support reduces to an answer to all messages with a template.

I ordered a few toy trucks for Christmas and the items never came and no one ever got back to me. Do not order anything from this company.

I am usually so careful, not this time. I was taken in by the tracking updates. It seems to be going around the USA via the scenic route!
I ordered a miniature baby doll, it looked so sweet. Oh dear, the reality is laughable. It is a tiny bit of plastic wrapped in a bit of material. It arrived yesterday. I thought perhaps it came from a different company, no, I have been well and truly scammed! I will try to get my money back, apparently it is still travelling in USA, two places at once, that's clever! Please if you are considering using this company, don't.

Do not order anything from this company,paid £17 for two bits of plastic,that was soposed to be dolls,bits of plastic,two inches long

Ordered placed December 19. 2 months later and still did not receive package.

Received 2 toy RC trucks. one of the controllers doesnt work. So i contact them immediately. They ask for details, I sent them. they asked for pictures, I sent them. They ask for a video and i produced one. Its been weeks going back and forth with them and i still have a toy that the grandson can not use. they have horrible customer service and worse product

I must confess, I thought it was a scam, but finally, after almost 3 month past, I received the RC toys. I need to apollogize to the customer center and everybody involved, I called a scammer. Its one star less for the long delivery time and the anonymous service desk. but everything else seems quite allright. so HUGE SORRY to everybody at godblue.net! Order was initially placed via facebook, just in case anyone asks.

scammers! Never received RC car will not refund they claim item is still en route! BS!

Terrible Was told that my order would be here for Christmas. I even paid extra for quick shipping. My package was ordered on Dec 14 and 6 days later I recieved an email my package was coming from Italy!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is now 1/12/2025 and my package in in North Carolina!!!!! If I receive my package or not I will be charging this one back on my card. My nieces X-mas present is still not here due to their complete incompotemce. I had to give her a photo of what she was supposed to recieve, never again

I ordered Christmas presents in the beginning of December and never received them over a month later. Now they updated me with new shipping info that is completely different. The initial info showed shipment from Ireland, new info shows tracking from China. At first I laughed it off and just thought "ok, you tricked me." But now it looks like I was just scammed. Btw, I could have just bought the same items from another popular site you know of for less and it would have gotten prime shipping and accountability.
Added: I tried to find the charge on my card and I could not, no godblue, no charge for the amount invoiced (~$67). Finally I found where they had charged me two days after the invoice and overcharged by about $20. The charge was from: IISSABRQEQ4 18668447648. My bank had difficulty identifying where the charge initiated and ended up refunding me.
Interestingly, godblue is quite responsive. They get back to me consistently. When I called them out on the overcharge they acknowledged a "mistake" and claimed to have refunded--I'm sure it will get lost in the mail with the toys. I would imagine their responsiveness lures victims into inaction.
