ARK server rental
I rented an ARK server and was extremely disappointed. The server would crash every few hours as the 8GB ram would be used up and their only response was to upgrade the RAM. I know ARK is buggy, however, I've ran it on 8GB before without any issues. Their website also mentioned that the server was cross-play where Xbox, PS4 and PC players could play together. After contacting support, Xbox and PS4 players are not able to connect to the servers.
Their customer support feels like they are all bot-like responses, cancellation and getting a full refund within 14 days was a straightforward process, provided you can find the option that was buried so deep in their console panel.

Thanks for the reply, however, you do not answer anything here and the replies are a little confusing. For example,
"in some cases, we are unable to resolve
problems related to RAM without risking the
overall gaming experience on the server."
I copied all of the files before I left and I'm using the same config files on Nitrado and I've not had one problem yet. The RAM sits at around 3.6GB and hardly ever goes above that, on your server it would start at around 6GB and within an hour it was close to the maximum of 8GB and then crashed not much after that due to the server exceeding the quota of 8GB. It feels like this was done on purpose in the hope that people would upgrade their RAM.

I had a refund, what are you saying here? It's your policy to hide your refund deep in the dashboard so that it's difficult to get a refund? Interesting...

I really feel like you have failed here and need to address how you operate. I raised issues about false advertising where you claim to say that on ARK Survival Evolved can be played inside the same ARK server across PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and more. Yet advise me differently when I query it.
Morally, this does not sit well with me and I'm glad I was able to get a refund.

scummy company seeking profit only
absolute dog hosting who's refund process is rather wicked with misleading ticket replies to make you believe you cancelled. Not only that, but the tickets are always answered by a robot and i had to ask for a human to answer multiple times to get a response. All that just to say that they cant provide me with the refund because 14 days had passed.
