Good quality service, great customer support from Jordan Macey and happy all around. They take the time to listen and advise you. The price is a bit steep, but if you're comfortable spending this money it is certainly worth it.

I founded my company and did first year of accounting with a larger provider, that was cheaper and using their own accountancy software and not FreeAgent, and it's been a disaster. Not real interaction or customer care, and their software was a nightmare. I found about GoForma, their more 1-1 customer oriented approach, and FreeAgent that I found immediately much easier to use, and my only regret is that I didn't move before! Very welcoming, patient explaining everything, it just feels like they care. FreeAgent is amazing. Very happy to be with GoForma now that my company is starting gearing up.

Having worked with go forma for nearly a year, I am happy I found them I previously worked with another accountant just as I launched my business who was useless and would be very hard to contact. I find the exact opposite with go forma, they are incredibly easy to work with you can schedule meetings to go over things at length or if you are busy you can WhatsApp them and they will reply back the information you need.

Great service at a fair price

I approached GoForma for some advice about my newly formed limited company. I'm not experienced enough with managing my accounts, so I was apprehensive and unsure about how I could phrase my questions - but I had the pleasure to speak with Jawad. He was patient and understood immediately what I was trying to ask. He wasn't a pushy salesperson, and with no expectations, he took the time to give me some much needed clarity. What a wonderful person! You can tell when someone is in their career because they love what they do.
I'm now choosing GoForma for my accounts and I would have to say that in talking to Jawad I've definitely made the best decision.

I am quite pleased with the service provided both from professional and personal point of views. The relationship with Jordan could not be better. He is always responsive, very professional, sorts out any query I might have, and he is a great guy to deal with. Rather than service providers, I feel like they are my partners, and that is very important when you are trying to run your own business.

I have been using GoForma for a year and have been very happy with the service! Phone or video calls can be very easily set up with your allocated accountant and can usually be arranged for that day should you wish. GoForma handle all my company returns and my personal tax return also. They have already paid for themselves this year by identifying a previous overpayment of tax the HMRC which can be reclaimed. The service includes the FreeAgent accounting software within the price. This links directly with by business bank account and so all transactions automatically feed through to my accounts. I just need to log in occasionally and confirm what the transactions related to. The software gives me various management information around income, spend and tax liability that is very useful, and I can view my live accounts at any time.

I am coming to the end of my first year running a limited company and this kind of hassle-free accountancy experience and readily available advice and support has been exactly what I needed.

GoForma provided us with a friendly helpful service to enable us to navigate the complex company accounts system. We will see you next year!

GoForma and the team were like a breath of fresh air. I have been on boarded and already dispelled a few myths about the dark arts of tax returns in a way I understand. Very impressed. Also my new favourite thing is being able to WhatsApp message a question when I need an answer quickly. Highly recommended.
