Hervorragender Kunden-Support !!!

Durch eine Anfrage für ein Ersatzteil wurde eine Kettenreaktion ausgelöst die seines Gleichen sucht.
Es wurde sofort reagiert trotz Betriebsferien.
Die Teile waren praktisch sofort verfügbar.
Großes Lob an das Team von Go Gun hier weiß man das der Kunde das Geld in das unternehmen bringt.

Es sollten sich viele eine Scheibe von diesem unternehmen abschneiden.

Meine AEA Megalodon wurde bei einem Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit repariert. Als die Reparatur leider nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis geliefert hat, wurde diese ausgetauscht. Das alles ohne Diskussionen und einem höchst freundlichen Kundensupport! Großes Lob! Vielen Dank!

Bought a 50 model and it was crap already brand new.The pos jams everytime. Inferior product. Don't waste your time on the 50 model.

Möchte einmal ein Großes Lob für das Team von Gogun
aussprechen. Bei der Truppe klappt das noch .Super Kundendienst, schnelle Lieferung , Danke weiter so .

I bought a crossbow that finally arrived 4 months after the initial date it was originally supposed to be delivered. After sorting through the most poorly written instructions and watching videos on you tube I was finally ready to fire the crossbow. The initial firing was a disaster as the plastic tips of the crossbow (that hold the cable on the tips of the limb) disintegrated. I was lucky the tips didn't blind me, one cut my forehead. The bolt shot out at an angle and a second bolt ended up sideways in the flight groove. It was a nice concept but the execution of this design is poor to say the least.

When contacting the company Maddy Z. was less than helpful, stating it was a known issue. Over the ensuing conversations it became apparent to me that not only would I not be receiving a refund, but I also would not be receiving any support. I was told they take the DIY approach and would send me new plastic tips to the limb. They did not want to inspect the crossbow or limb. I received many condescending emails from their "support team" telling me essentially I was on my own. Here I am waiting for new parts so that I can fix the crossbow myself. I have been waiting nearly a month for the parts, no shipping label has been sent to me. The company and its products are trash and it won't be long before some lawyer picks its reckless practices apart.

Bin zufrieden, der Support ist zwar nicht immer erreichbar bzw bietet wenig Hilfestellung bei Fragen oder konkreten Anliegen. Ansonsten jedoch alles gut. Bestellung nach wenigen Tagen/Wochen erhalten.

Top Waren und ein super Service! Daumen Hoch.

Bestellen kann man da nix,dauert alles zig Monate,was ein Schaumschläger

Als Erstbesteller hat alles gut funktioniert. Die bestellte Ware kam ordentlich Verpackt und nach der Zeitangabe von Gogun an. Das Produkt ist Einwandfrei.

I don't doubt the product is awesome, and to be fair it isnt due till 2/2/25, but with no sign of shipping trackin number or anything, and already been waiting longer than something that comes from china itself... i was getting worried... What fcuks me off is I wouldn't of even been told what's happening unless I didn't chase it up with several emails, where I didn't get a direct reason just a rough guess of shippin end of march 2025.

It should NOT take this long for a product.

Really annoyed by it due to the amount of money thrown in, and that it's been shown off for a couple of years now.

Honestly I bet its awesome and that's probably my frustration.

PS will edit and change review depending on when I receive it, and praying it lives up to expectations.

Should of reached out to me the minute you knew it was going to be delayed (bearing in mind already waiting 3 months) by up to 2 months by the time it hits my sweaty, but paid for - mitts!!

GoGun hat 2023 jemanden geantwortet : "Das ist Fake", also bitte! Das ist glatt gelogen, deswegen der 1ne Stern! Und die Erklärung dazu, einfach lächerlich! Habe bis jetzt keine schlechte erfahrung, aber das zu lesen ist zu viel! Das geht nicht! Einen ehrlichen kommentar mit Argumenten zu kommen die einfach lächerlich sind! "Wir sind eine Amerikanische Firma und in Dollar, das ist FAke" also bitte, ich bin echt empört!

One star less as I hope the the email system becomes more personal response and not so much group mails.

Been waiting for Mey interceptor since July ok that was a pre order bit overdue, but to see German stock is 400 plus and I can't get a reply from UK GoGun is becoming a bit of a worry I might be being ripped off, I can't even speak to Jorg German site as they classed me as spam, which I only tried one email.

Habe die Mey Interceptor bestellt und sogar noch weit vor dem angegebenen Liefertermin erhalten. Top Qualität, ich bin begeistert sowie jeder der sie schon in den Händen hatte. Auf eine kleine Anregung bezüglich der Endkappen kam mir auch der Service überaus freundlich und großzügig entgegen. Top Shop!!

This company just creates waste.

If you purchased the first Adder, they upgraded from 5-7 shot magazines. And you can’t do anything with the 5 shot magazines, there’s no trade in program.

Their upgrade kit for the Adder replaces the trigger and cocking arm AND throwing arm. That leaves you with a throwing arm as well as a trigger and cocking assembly. I now have all the parts to build another Adder minus the actual lower assembly.

Which they refuse to sell. It’s just a bunch of waste.

I ordered the Mey interceptor back in July for the November dispatch from the German site and after several emails promising dispatch, still nothing. Extremely frustrating as this was meant to be a gift for Xmas. Losing hope at this point.

Die MK2 neu bekommen...10mal betätigt dann zischt es überall raus...dann 4 Wochen Reparatur. Die MK2 wiederbekommen und wieder funktioniert nichts....lässt sich nicht aufpumpen....das Teil wurde vor Auslieferung augenscheinlich nicht getestet..mal sehen wie lange ich diesmal warten muss...Übrigens bei der Mk1 habe ich ähnliche Schwierigkeiten gehabt...

Received my pre order delivery of a Mey interceptor. Wow, amazing product look fantastic, on the eye. Looks 10/10 . Can not wait to shoot it. Thankyou to the UK distributor. Will definitely order the accessories aswell soon.

Habe ein 18 Schussmagazin und Bolzen bestellt für Mey Interceptor.
Das Magazin hatte schon eindeutige Gebrauchsspuren und waren reichlich mit fettigen Fingerabdrücken versehen. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung, wenn neu dann sollte es auch neu sein!
Sonst aber alle in Ordnung.
