I purchased a 1-year YouTube recharge subscription from GoingBus.
However, the service stopped before I could even use it for 6 months, despite being sold as a 1-year plan.
When the issue first occurred, customer support asked me to wait for a solution, so I waited for about 'three months' as instructed. Instead of resolving the issue, they later told me to 'purchase a new YouTube Family subscription with additional payment', without offering any compensation.
I made my purchase and payment directly through GoingBus. I did not sign any contract with a third-party provider. However, they are now claiming that the issue is related to a third-party recharge channel and shifting the responsibility away from their platform.
To this day, I have not received restoration of the remaining subscription period or any refund for the unused time. The responses I receive appear to be mostly automated messages rather than real support.
Based on my experience:
• A “1year subscription” may stop after only a few months
• Refund requests are very difficult or denied
• Customer support mainly provides automated responses
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this service to others.

다른 플랫폼은 모르겠고 유튜브는 이제 구글에서 막아서 안됩니다. 괜히 여기다 돈 날리지 말고 그냥 다른 방법 알아보세요. 한달씩 돈 내는 거면 돈 날리든 말든 그러려니 하는데 1년치 돈 받아놓고 두달 후 막힘. 패밀리그룹은 패밀리그룹 맨날 탈퇴 됐다고 안되고, 리차지 쓰면 본인 계정으로 쓸수 있대서 썼더니 두달만에 막힘. 환불은 인도에 3자에게 맡긴 거니 나몰라라. Bestbuy에서 삼성TV 사서 문제 생겼더니 우리는 잘못없고 삼성에 얘기 중이니 TV 고칠 때까지 쓰지 말고 기다리란 식.

They have big problem with youtube recharge. They appoint us safety so we paid for youtube recharge but we can't use it anymore even my periods lasts more than 8 months. They told us that they cannot, will not give us any money back for the lasts. They said they don't have any duty, but I can't understand. They absolutely have duty because they promise us about service, but they are trying to avoid their fault. I won't gonna use it anymore. never.
I previously used your YouTube Family service and experienced issues while using it. When I contacted your support team, I was advised that switching to YouTube Recharge would prevent such problems in the future.
However, after switching to YouTube Recharge, the same issues occurred again. Despite this, your company is now avoiding responsibility and stating that a refund cannot be provided. I believe that your company also bears responsibility for this situation, and I am requesting at least a partial refund.
Additionally, I find it very frustrating that the live chat support option has been removed and that communication is now limited to a ticket-based system only.
Due to this experience, I no longer trust your service and will not use it again in the future. I will also inform others about my experience.
Service ist super schlecht. Im Chat kommen nur Blockbausteine die keinen weiterhelfen. Und dann auch nur auf Englisch. Es gibt quasi kein Service im Chat, es ist nur ein BOT. Ich wollte wissen, warum es kein Netflix mehr gibt.
