I am a university professor and still have performance anxiety- with teaching and with presenting to my peers. The propranolol has really calmed my nerves far better than any anxiety meds I have taken in the past. I do not like to take addictive substances like benzodiazepines-and the side effects. I am so happy to have found an alternative that works!

Fast and easy, and was still cost-effective. My only issue is that Kick is not very transparent, so I am hesitant to say how ethical this concept is. They don’t provide much information up front about what they prescribe or the dosages available. I spoke with my assigned doctor after paying for my appointment and using my prescription to see if a higher dosage was possible…only then was I told that 10 mg 2x per day prn is the maximum dose they are able to give and that I would need to seek additional care through a provider. Great option if you’re in a pinch, but just a warning to those with extreme anxiety, this may not be the best option for you.

I no longer stress too much over presentations or important work calls! It's amazing how calm I am now and because I know it's effectiveness, I even stress less leading up to the event having the confidence that I will do just fine!

I had an upcoming speech, and from past experiences thought a beta blocker might help my nervousness. The online consult was easy and I was prescribed Propranolol. I run virtual meetings a lot with way fewer people and no matter how hard I prepared I would usually get a shaking voice and hands and a racing heart. I took propanol before my in person event and there was no shaky voice! Finally my physical reflected my mental preparation.
