Non posso dare la mia opinione sul prodotto perché non ho avuto ancora il piacere di iniziare il trattamento . Ho ordinato 3 confezioni di Gold Collagen Forte e mi sono arrivate 3 confezioni di Gold Collagen Forte Ageless di cui una delle confezioni con la scatola esterna rotta e aperta. Devo dire che la cosa mi aveva lasciato parecchio perplesso e deluso anche perché si tratta del mio primo ordine ma devo rettificare la mia recensione e dare pieni voti perché l'azienda e il servizio clienti si sono prontamente attivati per rimediare all'errore, omaggiandom i prodotti arrivati e procedendo a spedirmi i prodotti corretti che avevo ordinato e che a breve riceverò. Che dire, chi lavora può sbagliare ma hanno saputo rimediare brillantemente e hanno sicuramente recuperato e conquistato un cliente.

I had been struggling to find a good collagen supplement until my friend recommended GOLD COLLAGEN. I was honestly surprised by how great it tastes - no fishy smell at all! It also contains a high amount of collagen, and I could feel the difference in a short time. GOLD COLLAGEN is now an essential part of my daily skincare routine :) I love it 🩷

This is sad to write this as Gold Collagen are my favourite collagen company. Last Friday they advertised a free pink lipstick ‘holiday special ‘ when you place an order. I jumped at the chance and placed an order as I running low on their amazing night serum.
The lipstick was sent was a red lipstick (not pink as advertised.) O emailed customer service who said “The only shade currently available is our Velvet Rouge lipstick and it is available only as a GWP.” I feel deflated as I’ve been searching for a nice pink lipstick and the red one is amazing. But I already own it. I dearly love Gold Collagen but it feels (as a customer and subscriber, they lied to me. I even offered to buy it (I wanted it so badly as the photo of it on the day I received the email looked perfect.) Massively let down. I wonder how many other customers thought they would get a pink lipstick?..

Ormai da due mesi uso GOLD COLLAGEN FORTE AGELESS, consigliato da "in caso di" su facebook ed Instagram. Che dire...ho notato la pelle più idratata e soprattutto i capelli più folti. Ho una certa età e ciò mi ha dato fiducia in me stessa.

Answered my queries effectively and took the action I requested immediately

My box of bottles arrived with one broken with sharp glass exposed and littered in box. Liquid had leaked throughout box leaving other bottles stuck with sticky died liquid. Box damaged and wet with bottle liquid.
I have now sent no less than six emails to their customer service dpt with photos of damage. The customer service team or the AI they use has still not sent a refund after saying they would. This has been going on for a month!

From ordering to delivering, it was professional. I didn't make any call to follow up. There was no need for any enquiry as I was updated every now and then. Very pleased with the service.

It works!!!
I have been using Gold Collagen for about a year now and my hair looks great and my nails are great and my skin glows.
I totally recommend you try this - IT WORKS !!!!
