Fabulous range of games and VIP service is second to none. Initially getting verified for withdrawals seemed a bit over the top but once I understood the reasons and heavy regulations placed on online casinos, it totally made sense. While the games are great , nice graphic`s, it was impossible for me to verify my Identity as Australian Identity cards do NOT have an expiry date,As do all australian proof of Identity cards, not sure why they did not use it to verify me, it has my photo clearly on the front, along with my address and DOB also I was asked to upload a selfie with this, Please, upload selfie with the identity document and the piece of paper (in one hand), which states, for example, ""Hi, GoldenCrown Casino and the current date""". Which I thought was a tad extreme, I`m still unable to verify myself to make a withdrawal, but they love when you make a Deposit, not being able to withdraw my winnings, really put me off, otherwise its a great platform. I uploaded my bank statement/Electricity bill/my debit card/drivers license several times and they were denied everytime, I suffer with Agoraphobia and PTSD so it`s hard to get out in public, I really thought this would be a great way to unwind, maybe I should have put my documents in to get verified before I won any money, things might have been different.So I played it down to nothing and deleted it

Golden crown isn't bad with several deposit methods and the standard range of games, bonus spins don't seem to generate many wins though which is somewhat disappointing, haven't had a chance to withdraw yet but maybe eventually.

What I was most upset about is your staffs refusal to give me the free spins that I was promised for this review but because I wouldn't lie and make it a 5 star review apparently I didn't meet the casinos requirements...
