Scam website I've got £16000 in winning sat in my account that i can't withdraw.. max withdrawal they allowed at a time is £4000 which i tried in march and still no payment made. Same generic answer in chat and all emails are ignored

Update: nothing has changed.

After months of waiting, repeated emails, chats, and promises, my withdrawal was once again returned to my casino account instead of being paid.

My account is fully verified, there are no issues, and yet I continue to receive only template replies and endless delays.

I have now been dealing with this situation for 5 months. Three withdrawal requests have already been submitted.

This situation is causing enormous stress and frustration, and I honestly no longer know how much longer this can continue.

Be very careful before depositing money here.

Das Casino muss sofort gesperrt werden. Es werden keine Auszahlungen bearbeitet. Das Geld wird niemals ausgezahlt. Zurerst heißt es 7-21 Tage warte zeit wegen Sicherheitsprüfungen, bei weiter Nachfrage nach Ablauf der 3 Wochen heißt es immer warten Sie noch länger. Ich warte seit 6 Wochen mittlerweile! Es passiert nicht Support unbrauchbar, seinen Account kann man auch nicht löschen. Absolute Betrüger, mein schlechtes Casino wo ich jemals gespielt habe. NIE WIEDER!!!

Site spam attention a votre argent après plusieurs dépôt j'ai finis par gagner mes toujours pas reçu mon gain de 1000 euros depuis le 28 février 2026. Après plusieurs conversation avec le chat toujours aucun paiement.

Don't play on this site, it's a scam. Forget about the payout, they haven't paid you. I've been waiting for over a month for my payout. When I email them, I get no response. The chat keeps saying they're working on my payout. It's a waste of time, nerves, and money. Avoid this casino, it's a scam.

Je met trois étoiles pour le moment, j'ai fait une demande de retrait le 02/01/2026 a ce jour le 16/01/2026 je n'es toujour pas reçu me demande de retrait et je n'es aucun retour sur l'avancement... quand je demande des informations au support la seul choses qu'ils répondent en permanence c'est que ça peut prendre jusqu'à 21 jours , 21 jours c'est sensé être le délais max ... ça fait deux semaines que j'attends, ça commence à faire très long et je commence a me posé des questions sur la fiabilité du casino ... je ferai part d'un nouveau commentaire pour donner suite sur l'avancement du retrait.
