I received my lovely items, including a gorgeous selenite tower, its beautiful and I can really feel its clean energy. I received some lovely inscense which smell beautiful in my home, I also got a crystal chip candle it makes my room smell gorgeous and has lasted a long time :) always beautifully packaged and the extra inscense was a lovely surprise

I was nervous ordering on line. I rang the shop and a lovely young man talked me through the process. He was patient and kind throughout. The order was placed and the gifts despatched that day. many places sell incense sticks or cones but alas most are poor quality but Goldenhands are easy to deal with,quick to post itemsand I have used them many times before with no issues whatsoever and will continue to use for all my incense needs.

This is a really lovely family run business I've been going to for many years. They really do go above board and really care about and value their customers. I can't praise them enough. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, and always have! The shop has a friendly, warm atmosphere and they provide free gift wrapping which is presented beautifully. Definitely my go to place for witchy wares and alternative gifts. Absolutely 10/10!!

This company is a pleasure to deal with. Items, true to on line description, are securely bubble wrapped within a sturdy box, promptly despatched - and with a thank you gift from Pauline. A small part of my recent order became unavailable in the time from ordering to despatch, a refund was given with a replacement item included for free. Lovely genuine people looking after their customers.

They have a good selection of products, such as ornaments and t-light holders, with competitive prices. While the inclusion of a free gift and lovely wrapping is a delightful touch, overall, the service and offerings are quite average. It's a reliable option for gifting needs but nothing extraordinary.
