I have been a loyal customer to this site for 5 years and have never had an issue with withdrawal! I won 2300 just over 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my winnings it’s unfortunate as this was a favourite site for me I have sent email after email with no response the support team chat is just bots with different names I will be taking this further all I’m getting is sorry for the delay and no update on reasons my winnings have always been in the next day I have waited way over the 21 days period and I didn’t want to do a bad review on this site but they can’t treat people that keep there site running this way I will be taking action with my bank and other authorities for anyone who hasn’t received there pay outs open up a fraud case with your bank and ask for charge backs this is not okay

It’s been nearly 3 months since I put my withdrawal in of only £200 still no pay out and they just keep saying the same thing this site needs shutting down it’s stealing no matter how u look at it I’ve reported to the gambling commission again

After making numerous deposits I noticed some where pending, but where taken from my bank account but never issued the gaming account.
After contacting the company they play pass the buck games, and nothing happens. I’ve reported this to my bank as it’s fraud and they are investigating please stay away.
Also they run numerous other online casinos, with the same operators so it’s a small business don’t get caught out.
Have reported this to the uk gaming commission for breach of service.

3/3/2026 - over 50 emails sent to request the closure of my account as I believe this to be a breach of data protection. Live support also refused to close account.

I am leaving this review to warn others based on my personal experience.
My experienced was serious failures in responsible gambling support, complaint handling, and transparency.

I requested account closure and self-exclusion. This request was not acted on. My account remained open for months until I put a formal complaint in.

Despite asking for closure, I continued to receive promotional and VIP marketing emails, including after I submitted a formal complaint in November 2025. That complaint was never acknowledged or responded to. The full complaint timeframe passed with no investigation, no findings, and no explanation.

Deposits were processed using cryptocurrency-related payment methods and appeared under multiple different payment names, making it difficult to clearly identify transactions. This lack of transparency is concerning for customers trying to track or control their gambling.

The operator states they are licensed under Curaçao, however I was unable to verify a matching licence or legal entity in the official Curaçao Gaming Authority register. The brand also appears across multiple rotating websites (for example goldenpharaoh11, goldenpharaoh23, goldenpharaoh36, goldenpharaoh69), which makes accountability difficult.

Scammed of them waited over the 21 days and nothing no response on any emails and live chat is a joke. How are they in operation joke of a site

Definitely a scamming site paid me out twice and on the third withdrawal they will not pay out just a rubbish horrible probably cartel owned scam

Nothing but excuses everytime I get intouch about my withdrawal, there's a delay, there's been a significant amount of withdrawals so yours is delayed, just AVOID at all costs, im actually thinking of building a case against them and seeking legal advice, I actually would score these a zero but it dont let you, anyone else having these problems just totally out of order they are over 2 month for my money joke it is!!!

This site is beyond shocking, over the past few months iv been taking screenshots and screen recordings of online chats and gameplay to try build as much evidence as possible against these. This site is a completely illegally run scam. They actually have the ability to somehow manufacture the way the bonus games go on slots really scary iv recorded 100s of minutes. This is a scam site the never payout they'll never update you on you withdrawal which you will never receive. This site will say they are processing your withdrawal and due to a high volume of withdrawal its taking longer than expected. You will never get it they will never payout. There is no contact information you have to use the live chat and I can assure you that's fake as all they do is send you generic text as so many people are chasing the same withdrawal. Avoid this site big time it should be shut down. I'll be putting this review on as many platforms as possible to highlight the thefts this casino site is committing. Hola, este casino es uno mas de los que hay en linea y que se tratan de una pagina fraudulenta, empece a jugar al principio del año y en el primer mes hice un retiro de una cantidad pekeña para comprobar de que si pagan y si pagaron en menos de 2 dias, despues segui jugando y ya con el siguente retiro ya no pagan, retienen el dinero durante 3 mese bajo el pretenxto que tienen que comprobar todos lo datos etc, y en el chat siempre pegan mensajes automatizados y se disculpan por la demora y que espere, asi pasaron 3 meses despues me devolvieron el dinero a mi cuenta enviandome este mensaje: Le informamos que su solicitud de retiro fue rechazada y los fondos ahora están disponibles en el saldo de su cuenta.

me acusan de fraude? que fraude? desde cuando hacer un retiro y recibir tu proprio dinero ganado licitamente se considera fraude? les conteste con el siguiente mensaje y no me han vuelto a contestar, les puse las mismas preguntas en el chat varias veces y lo mismo no quieren contestar. Ahora voy a poner las mismas preguntas que les hice a traves de chat y a traves de correo, tal ves hacerlo publico recibire una respuesta o una deslimitacion para jugar el dinero que tengo en la cuenta o que hagan el pago efectivo, retener el dinero durante varios meses lo considero un robo.

3. Un plazo garantizado y mas razonable para el procesamiento de mi nueva solicitud de retiro, ya que 90 dias es un periodo excesivamente largo y perjudicial para el usuario.

He vuelto a solicitar el retiro de la cantidad completa de mi saldo.Espero que esta vez el proceso se complete de forma rapida y sin mas demoras injustificadas.
