I purchased a 14ct Gold Bracelet and full disclosure the bracelet wasn't exactly what we were looking for so it was ultimately returned to Goldia BUT I can honestly say the whole process, including the return, was handled very professionally and with great understanding. We were kept informed and updated at every stage. Their customer service could not be faulted. Every message was replied to and would happily order from them again if the opportunity arose. I am based in the UK and all excess Customs Fees and Taxes were immediately refunded once Goldia were aware of the extra costs and the refund was quickly processed once the bracelet was back at their returns office. The return was not due to poor quality or workmanship it was just down to personal preference once the bracelet physically arrived.

My experience was highly disappointing!
One pair of earrings was very small. The website showed photos resembling bigger sizes. Nor did they describe the size. I am returning them.
I am waiting for a second pair of earrings I bought the same day as the first one. It has not arrived yet. You changed the delivery date and did not give a specific date. I am leaving tomorrow on a trip. I wanted to wear the new pair and it seems it will not be possible.
I hope the size is alright and I don’t have to return them too.

I ordered a cross pendant, the site didn't show the back of it just the front. Back side is scalloped out to save on material so when it flips around it looks very cheap. Not happy about customer service as they told me I could return it but pay the shipping fees. Will never order again.

Ordered gold plated sterling silver stud earrings in the shape of our home state. Perfect gift for someone close who lives in another state to let them know they’re cared for by someone here. Ordering was easy, shipment was sent timely and received earlier than expected. Quality was as expected. Very happy with Goldia!

I can’t see it. It looks like an infant nose ring. The dolphins are not clearly visible. I am totally dissatisfied. They look good on paper but not in person

Bought two birthstone necklace charms. Items were smaller than expected but overall a nice piece.

Ordered a necklace they claim is worth 660 on sale for $250. It arrived in a cheap plastic that said Made nin Thailand. Looks like something you would get at the "dollar store".
Very disappointing.

Purchased a lovely solid silver ring. Had to liaise with their customer service team & any issue I had was resolved to a satisfactory outcome. Highly recommend - great quality.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service at Goldia was excellent, which seems to be a rarer thing these days. A good way to measure a company is how they deal with issues, and the support team were very helpful and responsive throughout.

Having real gold and shipping is very fast

I paid $60.00 extra for engraving on charm. There was no engraving on charm. Very disappointing

The chain itself is fine, but there were a lot of problems with the delivery—they didn't even bring it to the door. I am very dissatisfied with the service. My husband and I had to go to the post office to pick it up, so the surprise was ruined.

I had excellent customer service with Goldia. I got responses right away when I had any questions or concerns. My bracelet I ordered is beautiful. Took awhile to get here however it was custom made so it was worth the wait. I could not find a sailboat bracelet anywhere else. I did think it would be a little bigger but it’s still really nice. Very happy with my purchase. I don’t want to take my bracelet off. Thank you. Goldia shipped my bracelet faster since I waited awhile.

I waited for a bit, but the wait was worth it. My garnet ring is gorgeous! Dainty just the way I wanted it to be.
