It’s great when you actually get wins. It’s a big win but weeks of losses

When I first signed up I was able to win it was actually a good session the games were hitting non stop I thought it was probably a scam site because I was on a roll. I was able to cashout $1500 and ever since then it's been on a mission to get it's money back from me. Nothing hits anymore and their daily bonuses suck. Its not that I wasn't happy with my wins but I'm just not going to dwell on it and ignore the losses that came after. I'll admit giving it a two star was a little low so I'm going to bump it up to 3 stars.

Like most say customer support is hard to get ahold of and they do not respond to quick, tried the redemption process but you have to wait for them to message to be able to upload more documents which in its self is very difficult. I'm currently waiting to find out if for the 6 time my i.d. is actually accepted... if you have time and don't need the money you win go for it. If I ever get my money I'll not be doing this again as most site's are way more customer oriented and the process is less grueling to get the prizes you won. Game's were fun and I was hopping it was gonna be way better on this end I was wrong. just be careful!

First I won over 200 dollars. I withdrew 100 to see if it would work and it wasn’t giving an option to upload my id. So I started freely gambling and lost the other 100. After that it gave me the option to upload my id. All my documents were verified and my withdrawal was approved. then I received an email saying I would receive my withdrawal in 2-5 working business days. It’s been about 6-7 and I haven’t received anything

I have redemption pending and I can’t seem to get support to reply back. I’ve fairly paid for a package and they can’t respond back regarding verification. I’ve came to the conclusion that I will not be able to redeem my winnings.

Avoid this place, they won't pay out on leaderboards they owe me over $1,000 in leader board winning & won't pay out. Support doesn't exist and just closes tickets out

Absolute trash site. No response from support. I've bought multiple daily tournament packs and won first and still have yet to receive rewards. This platform needs to be shut down they just stealing money from customers its ridiculous that they have been allowed to run this long.

Who runs this place? They are terrible casino operators. I can't even log in. The site says I'm located outside of the US. Good luck snagging a whale when your potential players can't even log in. Junk site, don't bother unless you're running CG.

Overall, I really like the selection on Games available on this site, though it is a relatively small collection.

The site runs smoothly, and fluidly, though I can not speak to the functionality of the App.

Though I am having trouble as far as Document Verification, and Redemption goes.

My ID has been been verified, as well as a Bank Statment has been reviewed and a green Check Mark is displayed next to the submitted Document under the Proof of Adress tab. But it still says Documentation Required in Red under that tab as well.

My Redemption Request for 100$ has been stuck in Pending Approval for awhile now.

Im giving 3 Srars for the Game Selection and Functionality of the website, will update and give more if my Redemption is Approved in a relatively acceptable timeframe.

I have been waiting and waiting for my verification to go through so that I can redeem. I have sent email after email asking for a status and all I get is a generic BOT response. I have NEVER had any issues with verification on any other sites. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer Service does not exist. Waste of time and money.

This site is a scam. I had won $2,750 on it but they refused to accept my valid ID for days.
