GoldTrust Reviews

This was the most pleasant experience I ever had with a company. Riley from the Courier Branch was extremely helpful and walked me through every step. I could not visit the branch myself due to being too far away so couriered the items. Within 2 hours after receiving my items, they did the evaluation, quotation and the payment cleared into my bank account. (and it was double the amount i thought it would be)

Excellent professional service as always very happy to deal with you guys. Great job!

Professional, clear, simple, efficient process.

The company responded quickly to my enquiry and arranged an in person meeting. I was assisted by Nico. Service was very friendly, transparent and efficient. The environment felt safe. I received a fair price for my items and was paid within the hour of accepting the quote. I would highly recommend this company and their services. Thank u. Inge

From my first contact with Gold Trust, everything moved seamlessly and efficiently. From the phonecalls, messages and meeting, everything was so professionally handled. Mike from the Cape Town branch was superb...I felt comfortable right from the start and the entire process during my appointment, the secure and honest was everything was done made me feel like I had come to the right place. Very happy with their offer and the paperwork was all prepared with minimal effort required from me. They paid me immediately and I was thrilled at what a painless process it had all been. Few companies operate with such functionality. I would highly recommend Mike and Gold Trust. So happy I found you and a big thank you from a very happy client.

Received the best most professional service from Mandy and the Goldtrust team. They truly put the Trust in Goldtrust. Will recommend them any day !! Thank you for a great experience.

From the first connection via WhatsApp, which was immediately attended to, i knew that GoldTrust was the preferred company i would be comfortable and safe to deal with. The whole process was clearly explained and i knew what to expect. On the day of the meeting i was met with absolute professionalism yet relaxed, the whole valuation procedure was explained and demonstrated in full view which reconfirmed they are the company i would recommend to my friends & colleagues without hesitation. Once agreed on value the payment was arranged and processed within minutes if not seconds. I left with money in my account and extremely satisfied with the transaction. I will definitely do business with GoldTrust again. Thank you Mike & Caroline for your above customer experience.
