The overall process continues to exceed…
The overall process continues to exceed my expectations. The products have been delivered and packaged with care. I cannot omit the resources available and the recommendations that assist in making the best choices. I used the Fusilade II and Recognition on my St. Augustine lawn and it is slowly coming out of dormancy with only one application. It looks as if the kit worked. I plan to use this product on Torpedo Grass.

Thanks for reaching out Devin. To be clear, your order was placed at 4:37 PM on Sunday, March 1st and we shipped it the morning of March 2nd. This is well within the 1 - 2 business days we quote for shipping orders.
We realize the courier has taken longer than you like for the delivery. Unfortunately, transit delays by the courier are outside of our immediate control once the product leaves our warehouse.
We really would have preferred that you reach out to us vs. leaving a negative review for something we have no direct control over. All the best with your lawn.
