I have been very impressed with GSR from initial contact through to final installation. Matt visited my home at the outset to discuss the project with me personally. Setting up a chat group enabled easy communication between Cameron, myself and third party contractors, as a result everything went smoothly and according to plan. The final installation was undertaken efficiently and on schedule by Ben and his team. I am absolutely delighted with the final result - I no longer have any excuses if my handicap doesn't reduce significantly !

From the get go, I felt comfortable speaking with Matt and the team. The simulator is an expensive piece of kit and knowing I was speaking to an experienced team made it an enjoyable relationship.
Seeing works already completed made up my mind about engaging GSR. The planning and meetings were second to none and upon installation had a great team involved with the job.
No problems were encountered and had a good handover session. This was backed up by Chris arriving 4 days later and running through the complete process.
Well done GSR, top marks.

We have had a phenomenal experience with GSR. From the very first call with Ben P scoping out a pipe dream to our in-house installation we have been thoroughly impressed. Ben ensured we had the set-up that met our needs (where he could have needlessly upsold to what i thought we needed). This built trust immediately and ever since the whole GSR team have supported the project brilliantly. We now have a space that is perfect for our teenage golfer and already inspiring his 5 year old sister. Just seeing the look on friends and family faces when they see the space tells us we made the right choice. Don't go anywhere else for a sim room!

Had a good experience from start to finish with GSR. Matt was helpful and knowledgeable and always accommodating with design changes, Cameron in the pre-install, through to Jack and his team doing the fit-out. Even had Chris who owns the business pay a visit after completion to do a thorough handover and answer any after care questions.I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend GSR.

GSR transformed our unused garage into an incredible golf simulator and bar area, and the result has exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail was outstanding. You can really feel the depth of their expertise in the small but crucial decisions—like the precise positioning and orientation of the projector, the thoughtful placement of the hitting mat and tee area, and the way they configured the hardware to give us maximum flexibility.

What impressed me most was their willingness to rethink and redesign whenever it meant improving playability or enhancing the overall experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the whole process had a premium, bespoke feel to it.

They didn’t just install equipment—they completely transformed the space into the coolest part of the house.

The after‑sale support was equally impressive. They encouraged us to get comfortable with the setup before coming back to fine‑tune everything based on how we actually use it. That level of care and follow‑through is rare.

Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. This year, after many years of deliberation, I decided to finally pull the trigger on a golf sim room. Chris and the gang were superb from the very second I made contact. First of all Matt visited our home and very quickly ascertained what we wanted. What I liked is he didn’t skirt around talking budgets. It’s so key to being able to all get on the same page. He went away and delivered on his promise to provide a couple of quotes by that evening. It was refreshing to see he hadn’t completely ignored my budget yet in fact brought me 2 quotes inside it which instantly set us on a good relationship. Then we went off to choose the cabin. Aimee was equally as efficient and knowledgable around what we needed. We also chose which sim to go for and all the interior choices at this time. Both Matt and Aimee guided us accordingly avoiding bamboozling us with too many choices. And from that point it continued to run smoothly and efficiently. From the 2 day build of the cabin to the 2 day fit out of the room. Nothing seemed a problem. Everything achievable. Support is constantly on hand and always quick to respond. Other companies would massively benefit studying GSR’s business model to learn how to provide a top end product with an equally top end service.

Great advice and guidance even though I hadn't purchased anything from the guys at Gold Sim Rooms. Matt was great withy his knowledge and advice which I have now followed. I ended up purchasing some hardware from their TekDen site. Very helpful company so far, thanks Matt!

Golf Sim Rooms have recently completed a new-build golf simulator room and gym at my property. The project involved the removal of a derelict garage, the construction of a bespoke new building, and close coordination with an external landscaping company working to similar timelines in the surrounding space.

Matt, Chris, Josh, and the entire Golf Sim Rooms team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They provided valuable input on the bespoke building design, offered expert advice on the best technology to install for me and also guidance on the room layouts. Furthermore, they maintained excellent communication throughout, and ultimately delivered exactly what they promised. The whole experience has been first-class, and it’s clear why Golf Sim Rooms are considered the best in the industry.

From start to finish, Golf Sim Rooms have been nothing short of outstanding. The whole team were brilliant – professional, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a garden cabin installed before the full fit-out, and both stages were managed seamlessly. The installation teams were exceptional and kept disruption to a minimum. Once the cabin was up, the fit-out began, and it was amazing to see how quickly everything came together while still being finished to the highest standard.

Communication throughout was excellent, with Matt and Aimee always on hand to answer questions straight away (no matter the time or how silly the question!). Their advice on planning the internals was invaluable and meant we avoided making mistakes.

The finished product looks fantastic and it’s clear this team genuinely cares about getting everything just right.

It is clear they really care about delivering a premium product and a first rate customer experience. In collaboration with LogCabinsForSaleUK they dealt effortlessly with my endless questions, changes to spec and complications with planning and the local wildlife. They are very good at what they do and the end result is everything I could have hoped for. They only use high quality components so you end up with a very professional installation customised however you want. All the fitters we had on site worked extremely hard and took great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

great communication - detailed scheduling and pre-delivery. Great tradesmen building the sim and super fast - amazing how quickly this goes up. The finished product looks great although due to hot weather when built, there are some areas of paint that need attending to. Team cleaned up each day behind them and kept impact on home/garden to a minimum. We are still learning everything about the Golf Sim itself - also really think through what you want where and get advice on internals so you dont make mistakes when locating sockets/aircon/monitors etc. would totally recommend this company.

Great Experience

Had the GSR team out to do a full sim install. This was done in an existing outbuilding so just the outfitting done. Really knowledgeable team who firstly identified all the possible options (launch monitors, equipment, outfitting ideas etc), before working closely with us to get the system installed at earliest available date. The install itself was done in just two days and carried out to a great standard. Very pleased with the end result and now busy trying to improve my golf game
