High quality and well engineered
I’ve bough three items from Gomatic, travel pack expandable, collapsible duffel and collapsible sling. Ordering process is easy and delivery is very quick. All items are high quality and well engineered. Prices are not cheap but if you take advantage of online discount codes and season sales you get really good value for money.

14l travel pack and amazing service
Ordered the 20l travel but size was not as advertised. Customer service was extremely good. I had an issue with the 1st bag. Bev from customer service helped me with returning /confirming the size of the slightly smaller version to make sure it was within limits of an upcoming flight. The new bag was sent very quickly and once they received my old bag the refund was processed quickly. The 14l is perfect for a weekend getaway and the quality is great.

I ordered the Navigator 32L. I've not had occasion to use the bag but initial inspection is that's it's an excellent product; well made, sturdy and feature filled. Shoulder straps are especially good meaning it sits high on the back.

I messaged twice asking about a product and heard nothing back. I ended up just buying the product and having to hope it was compatible with my back. Gomatic is no where near as good as its US counterpart Nomatic, which are incredibly
