Discovered whilst browsing on line for a new mobile phone. Better spec than on the English market. Whole process well documented on line and through the App.An early in call to customer service to answer a question was easy.

Hopeless customer service sat on 0800 line for 40mins when it came to no calls in front sat a further 10 mins no reply also tried Warsaw numbwr same nonsense

Highly recommend, easy to order and delivery very fast

Great quality products, shipped very fast. I only wish I'd paid more attention - I had to buy a Europe to UK power adapter, as the Nest Audios came with a 2 pin plug only.

I've only been using the phone for the second week and it's a little early to evaluate the work of this phone, but I can say one thing. I like this phone more and more. I like locks, there are 3 of them, convenient for users. I especially like face blocking. I like floating windows on the phone screen. The phone holds a charge perfectly. despite the fact that the phone is not small, but all the buttons are conveniently located. That's the whole experience so far.

Dissapointed, red flag, they broke their promise for next day delivery and now showing no urgency to resolve. Purchased two high value items (phones) based on promise for next day delivery. The next day there was no delivery and no progress through UPS, tracking parcel was still not provided to UPS. Called Gomibo customer service speaking to INA in Grongen Netherlands, who said she will get back to me in 1-2 days with progress update!!! I calmly described I had purchased based on promise for next day delivery, this is clearly not happening, I've now called your call centre and the best you can offer is to come back to me in 1-2 days, not satisfactory. They will not allow me to cancel order, and now I have paid but no product and no indication of when it will be received. Red Flag - I don't trust them. I have provided my order number with this review.

Updated two days later: After chasing them again by calling, I got through to someone who did listen to my concern, they came back to me with an update and the delivery completed i.e. I received the product, albeit a day later than website promised, plus with plenty of frustration at the way their communication was handled in the first instance. In fairness they offered to reimburse the cost of a screen cover Euro 10 for inconvenience.

This is a legit company from Netherlands and I got my new Poco F4 GT phone in 2 days in UK. Phone is flawless and legit as described. I have tried Vodafone, 3 and EE sim cards and they all work perfectly. So if you can't wait for certain phones to arrive in UK, this is the place to buy from.

Purchased a new mobile from gomibo with a small amount of trepidation being a company I wasn't familiar with.Safe to say no problems, communication great, delivery speed great, and I made sizable saving compared to prices I'd seen online.... only down side needed a 2 pin to 3 pin plug adaptor which I knew before purchasing and really isn't a big deal.All in all I'd happily recommend and would buy from again.

Phone loses signal constantly. Teams meetings fail. Worst company I HAve ever delt with. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was concerned that the company was Netherlands based and what that would do to delivery times. As it turned out I had no need to worry. The speaker arrived intime for me to give it as a gift.
The price was good too. Exchange rates helped a little I guess.

Good price, not a fan of the courier used(UPS), product was great and worked exactly as expected (can't purchase easily in the UK). All in all, I would use your service again and recommend on the whole.
