We bought a couple hundred dollars worth of hoodies long sleeve shirts short sleeve shirts and zip up sweatshirts from them half of the zip-ups were the Zipper was broken the hoodies had writing on them that were literally ripped and coming off already instead of sending us the long sleeves they sent us more short sleeves and instead of sending us more of the hoodies they end up sending us the zipper hoodies I tried to contact them numerous times tried to get them to replace my order that they messed up absolutely no response this is a fraud company and I highly recommend you don't do any business with them at all they stole over $100 of our money and gave us junk clothes that we couldn't even wear

I got some rad new shirts and saved the Earth, they even sent me a compostable thank you card that turns into flowers if you plant them. The Earth and humanity have nothing but smooth sailing from here on out. Yes siree Bob.

goodfair is always good to me, speedy delivery, quality product, outstanding customer service. i trust in this company and they have done nothing but bring me satisfaction.

I ordered 2 sets of the 5 black t-shirts. I have been on the fence with ordering for a few months until I saw a few of the “designs” that you could possibly get and said what the heck, imma do it. Sadly, this will be my only time. I completely understand I take a risk of the randomness of what I receive but WOW was it random. For starters, I ordered the size 3XL and out of the 10 tshirts, roughly half were NOT 3XL. 2 of them were labeled 3XL but were more of a L/XL. My BF tried them on as he fits an XL and it was even very form fitting on him. As I was sorting through, I even got a few grey and even a blue tshirt. Again, love the “surprise” factor but I ordered a set of black tees, soooo, whats with the blue? I love what the company stands for and their overall mission, but this is my first and last time ever ordering. The sizing was far too inconsistent and the majority of the prints I received looked to be custom and from school/sporting events that a local family created for their annual reunion. I’ve read some really great reviews and was hoping I found a new favourite thrift but alas, it was not the greatest experience. Hey, at least I have new rags to use when I clean! ^.^

The store left a response the same day of my review to email them for help. I emailed and still have yet to get a response. 26/27 days later. I guess they’re EXTREMELY busy?

Never received gift card I ordered in November for a Christmas present. I sent a couple of emails with no response. Would never recommend this business.

I choose a mystery grandma sweater box and got a cute light blue collared sweater with pretty blue flowers embroidered and a red sweater with a plaid dog on it. The dog one reminds me of something a grandpa would wear to a Christmas gathering. great quality!

Goodfair is the best place to get used flannels. They always give me a variety of colors and styles. They ship quickly and are a place I trust to pick my flannel.

If I could do 0 I would, took forever to ship. I cancelled due to wait, a week later they shipped anyway. What I received was not as described as a dress shirt is not a flannel shirt different. Horrible customer service with generic we are super busy but will get back to you which never happened. Great concept, terrible implementation.

I choose Goodfair because of the sustainability of the clothing and I feel better that its Eco friendly. Their shipping process has always been easy and my packages have always arrived on time.

Horrible experience. It took 3 1/2 months to get an order, and then when I did get it, it was not at all what was ordered. (supposed to be small, was LARGE) and not even what was ordered. I keep trying to reach them and get no response. Save your money, I think they must be scammers.

I ordered some clothes in early September and didn't receive them until early December. Apparently it took them over two months to source five poor-quality long-sleeve shirts.

Goodfair was pretty apologetic, but didn't communicate with me about it until after the clothes were already very late. They didn't offer a discount or anything.

The clothes which I waited months for were not very high quality, a bit stretched out. They definitely weren't cute and fashionable compared to examples on the website. That's obviously a risk when you're buying clothes unseen, but I was still disappointed.

When you shop at a thrift store, you see the exact same clothes, except 1. shopping in person has even less environmental impact, 2. it's far cheaper, 3. it's much, MUCH faster, and 4. you can chose clothes to your taste.

I just don't believe that Goodfair is adding any value. I don't believe it's good for the environment. Plus, consider the impact that thrift resale has on secondhand shopping overall. Businesses like this drive up prices and eat up any high-quality pieces found in your local secondhand shop. And for what.

If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible experience. Spent $40 on a order of Athleisure shirts. I was so excited when they arrived. Opened up the box to 2 granny sweatshirts, one nasty men's golf sweatshirt, and 2 stretched out regular sweatshirts. Contacted company and was told about the 'second chance' policy. Of course, I couldn't do it so after several useless attempts of resolving it with the company, I contacted the better business bureau.
Afterpay contacted me and I received a refund of $6.75. Out of $40! Still waiting (they only are refunding $26 of it by the way) for the $20.
Please avoid this company! I wonder how they are still in business

Ordered 3 gift cards on December 15. It is now mid January and nothing has arrived (although GoodFair still has my money). 3 emails to customer service later and still nothing. No phone number on the website. Terrible experience. Makes me hesitant to order anything from this site, ever.

I contacted customer service 3 times. I later filed a PayPal claim because the items they sent me were the wrong size and in disgusting condition. They emailed me back once right before the end of my PayPal claim so I would cancel and I was stupid enough to think they would help. Please do not order from the company I’m begging you.

I made a $93 purchase on Sept 9. I received it Jan 10. The Delay was bad enough, but their customer service was unresponsive. I emailed several times with no response requesting a refund. I could not find a phone number. Found them on instagram and messaged them. After two messages and over a week, they finally replied. I got an email saying my item shipped and 8 days later it came. Clothing was trash. I could have gotten the same quality from an actual thrift store for $5. One shirt was completely stained. Clothes were dirty and wrinkled. Worst customer service experience ever.

I have bought several blankets and quilts from Goodfair as well as some plaid button ups and I love everything they sent me!!! The blankets are such quality, I was stoked when they came! And when I was sent 1x button up that was the wrong size, their customer service was so kind and helpful and got me one of the right size. I also love that if I didnt like what they sent I can send it back for a redo and only pay the shipping costs. Very cool safety.

Items that were received were not true to size. Tags had been removed to hide the actual size of clothing. The order also was sent four months after the initial purchase. When asked for a refund prior to receiving items, I was ignored on several occasions. Would not recommend.

Total lack of communication. Substituted items after months without response.

Goodfair is a wholly unethical company, and a scam aimed at millennials. I purchased approximately $90 worth of clothing from this thrift store. Didn't receive anything for a four+ month period. Reached out multiple times to request a refund. Received a package packed with garbage, gutter quality clothes, and then was refused a refund of said package of horrible quality clothing. It's difficult to believe that businesses are legitimately allowed to operate this way in the United States. These folks are a total scam -- don't waste your time.
