Long postage wait. lack of response, Items not like pictures and weights below what is stated.

Not good at all nuts tasted out dated and soft but pork scratching had half a packet of dust in bag tasted terrible it was like the scrapings of a barrel in all a terrible order delivered never again

Do not order from this company

-The food was squished into a box without any packaging so items get damaged.
- If something is out of stock after you ordered they just send you some thing else without contacting you first to offer a choice of replacement or refund
- When you contact them you will receive a Customer Service reply stating;
Sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
Please allow me time to get back to you on this.
Then nothing, I replied to that email over a month ago and have received no reply
- They remove negative comments from their Social Media posts
- The food doesn't taste good, things taste old and stale.

Buyer beware. You have been warned - just look at the one star reviews, I'd have given no stars if it were possible. Wrong products supplied, under the stated weight, unwanted substitutions, poor quality etc. etc. Don't bother trying to contact the company - they don't respond to email and don't provide a contact number (you can guess why). Save yourself the money, the grief and the stress. Shocking

Healthy my bottom!!! Fruit is too sweet - in fact I noted that the papaya spears contain 80g of sugar per 100g same with the kiwi and strawberries - the figs were like hard butt plugs and the barmix crackers were 98% peanuts - not sure where the cracker part comes in! So if you are after zero protein and high sugar content then these are for you!! Personally I think chocolate is far healthier! Gonna stick to Grape Tree from now on!

I received an order in July which had a substitute. I ordered vanilla cake mix and they sent chocolate. I have a reaction to chocolate so wrote to them on the 31st July for a refund. I was told they would look into it and have had no response and it is now 16th September. I think this company are terrible and would not recommend them. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Won’t order again after one order had substituted items that I didn’t want. When I emailed they didn’t offer to refund or send the original items when they came back in stock. The last order didn’t arrive and I sent 2 emails, Facebook messenger queries over and over until eventually they said they would look into it. I have finally received it today but I’ve learnt my lesson and will look elsewhere for snacks.

I ordered and paid for an order four weeks ago, but never received it. I have emailed the company many times but received only the standard reply but never the order paid for.

No taste of banana in the delight. Thick sugar surrounded each cube. All the nut variety I asked for were actually stale/soggy. Sell by date 6/6/2026!!! I won't be ordering again!

Dreadful company dont bother ! Ordered on 1st August still awaiting delivery. Yodel told me yesterday they had only just received the parcel, today is the 20th August Never order from them again !!!!

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. The items were poor quality and one item was the wrong amount. Numerous emails didn’t make any difference. They just reply with condescending remarks like “we will look into it and reply within 48 hours” - they don’t. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Take my advice and avoid this scam company like the plague.

Had first order had crystallised ginger so tough couldn't eat it pork crackling tasted odd sugared almonds couldn't eat to hard pretzels taste funny only thing I enjoyed was the Turkish delight ones you buy in shop and their Turkish delight I enjoyed would I recommend no

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. The dispatch was very delayed, so I got the order quite late. When the order arrived, it was missing a couple of items. So, I emailed to request a refund. I recieved a response initially to let me know they would investigate, however, after numerous emails (from me), I never recieved a follow up. I will not be ordering from this company again!

Contacted GoodFood for my order only to be told to download YODEL app to see pic ... which was NOT our address at all.
Took up with Yodel (as directed by GF) who said GF to contact Yodel to get order payment back, then me to request for GF to resend the order ... this is now 2 months since they have had my £32! Passing the buck is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Our first delivery came today and we were disappointed to find that 2 items had been replaced with something else because they were out of stock without contacting us to see if we would like to order something different. We won’t be ordering again because there was no communication.

I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription. I’ve been told it had been cancelled when it hadn’t and all emails have been answered but no further action.

Where do I start absolutely rubbish customer service, I ordered my items and added my new address and when I payed the system reverted to my old address, which of course is not their fault, however I made contact immediately on all platforms and did not get a response I managed to stop it being delivered and returned to them. Then received a message saying they had sent again by Royal Mail and it was sent to the wrong address again the person did not read the email trail, I did not get responses to my emails and it cost me to have my parcel sent from NE to the southwest. This could have been avoided if someone was checking emails and messages like any normal company would. Anyway opened my parcel and two substitutes which are the same. Certainly not recommending this company

Not a good choice for healthy snacks. Too many items have unnecessarily added sugar. Some of the dried fruit we had tasted bitter and tough. Would definitely not recommend or order again sadly

Would give zero stars if possible placed an order nothing has arrived 4 emails sent only had a response when I requested a charge back /scam don’t use misleading

Most products tasted good, however GFD state on their website that their Dried Kiwi Fruit has NO ADDED SUGARS, however their packaging had SUGARS down as the second ingredient.

Misleading perhaps?
