Love Love love I was so excited to use the Nourishing Trio when it arrived and I couldn't wait to try it...
Last year I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and during my treatments my skin had been damaged from Chemotherapy and Radiation I looked like I was aged, I tried using moisturizer and nothing helped bring back healthy skin. Moving forward I found you on FB and thought I'll give it a try and I did.. All I can say

Amazing Products. I have tried so many expensive skincare and kept switching from one to another. Well, my searches finally ended. I finally found what my skin has been looking for. I love the nourishing trio. The best for my skin.

I have been trying to find the best product or therapy for my combi skin for a very long time. I stumbled upon goodieco oil cleansing on Instagram 6 months ago and it was the best thing that has ever happened for my skin! My dry flaky areas are well moisturised and my T zones are not oily until my glasses would fall off anymore! It’s so even and lovely now. Can’t thank Goodieco enough! 💛💛💕💕

I noticed a difference after one use. Thought I was imagining it as surely nothing could be that quick. I don't tend to spend a lot of time on my face and had no routine to speak of other than scrubbing my face in the shower. I have been using the Nourish trio twice a day for 1 week now, and 2 days ago my husband asked me what I had done to myself, me (thinking something bad) told him I had hayfever, but no says he, your skin looks amazing and your crows feet are much less noticeable. I think he thought I'd been for a cosmetic surgery! I am 47 and have lots of fine lines and a few deep ones. Even the deeper ones I can see a big difference. So pleased I took the risk and bought this trio, even though it is a bit pricey, it is def worth it.

I have really enjoyed using the Goodie Co. three step system for combination skin. It is such a luxurious routine for me to enjoy at the end of the day. My skin feels clean, soft and supple and my breakouts have dissipated.

I loved the GoodieCo products, but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. They took months to get back to me on a serious complaint about overcharging. Here’s what happened:

I was a repeat customer who one time ordered from overseas. I typed in the beginning of the URL to my browser which remembered the Australian web address. It what I didn’t realise was that GoodieCo sneakily forwarded me to another identical looking website. I did my shopping unsuspecting anything unusual. But when, after the purchase, the total appeared on my credit card charges I was shocked: I had been charged hundred of dollars more than I thought. Turns out they had charged me in USD, though it wasn’t clarified anywhere, only $ sign was used. I had always paid AUD before and had no reason to suspect another currency.

The total charge in AU$ ended up being hundreds of $ more than it should have been.

I immediately contacted GoodieCo and all they said was they couldn’t do anything after the purchase. I complained again and explained that all I had thought I was on the same site as before (no clues told me otherwise), and that it had been unclear and misleading not to see the currency stated as USD. I told them I hadn’t known until after the purchase I’d been charged USD.

They took weeks to get back to me just to say that they would get back to me soon. More weeks went by. I sent little reminders to make sure they wouldn’t forget.

At no point did they take this seriously or take any responsibility. They offered me an AU$ 20 voucher to make up, but I had been almost ten times more out of pocket.

Terrible customer service. It was so disappointing from start to finish. I am going to file an official complaint for misleading the customer.

it is the most amazing skincare. It really has changed my skin- had lots of redness before but I am a huge convert. Getting friends into it too! You will be so happy .

Getting compliments on my skin since using it. It is calmer and more hydrated.

Goodieco has changed my life. I was in that transition stage between my 30s and 40s. My skin was super dry and extremely red. I was spending hundreds on products and nothing was helping. I discovered Goodieco’s nourishing trio. The redness suddenly disappeared and my skin has never felt better. The oils have changed my life. I cannot live without them now.

I LOVE this product!! My skin has never felt so soft!!! I feel like my skin tone has become more even and it has significantly improved my acne ( I work at a hospital and the masks are horrible on your skin) I also feel like I don’t even have to wear makeup, my skin looks so good!!! I live a very active and outdoorsy life style and am paranoid about skin care. My skin often feels tired and irritated and I have tried so many products , but not with great success. I Purchased the nourishing trio. These products are incredible. Absolutely love the process of using them and the effect. I noticed a difference immediately.

I have been using the Nourishing Trio for three weeks now and I really like it. It does take a bit of time ( I used to just wash my face basically) but it is a beautiful routine. My skin feels hydrated all day. I started it because of my acne scarring, which has not improved much yet. The pores are a bit smaller maybe but not much. I have some break outs but not badly. The nicest compliment I recently received though was: You look younger than ten years ago! Not sure if that is related to the oils - could be;-)

I like the cleaning oil, you can see on the facial cloth that the dirt on your skin has been removed. And your face tone is very soft .

I started using goodieco about 2.5 weeks ago and I LOVE how it makes my skin feel and look. I no longer wear makeup. I was so paranoid about my melasma before, but now my skin is brighter and more even toned. I am so glad I chose to try this product! It truly is worth the money.

I love the way these products smell and feel, the fact that they cleanse with oil and are naturally derived, as well as the way they get me to slow down and enjoy the routine. I really want to love these products. But despite improving my skin's hydration (no dry patches since I started using them), I also seem to have a constant scattering of blemishes, mainly on my cheeks and jawline area, where I never had break outs before. I gave it a few months to see whether my skin would adapt and these issue would resolve, but they haven't, so I will have to go elsewhere.

I am always skeptical of trying a new skincare product because my skin is so sensitive but after trialling the Supercharged Trio for three months my skin has never looked so good! I don't wear foundation anymore! Seriously. I didn't expect that. I used to have uneven skin tone, be susceptible to rosacea and redness around my mouth and nose and hormonal pimples on my jawline and mouth and have not had any since using this product! It's definitely worked for my skin combination and my skintone is so even and hydrated. So much so that I have bought the subscription. Can't survive without the dream serum! Highly recommend!

It has been 1 year - 1 YEAR - since I purchased/used Goodieco's Nourishing Trio (September 2020) and it is only now that my skin has finally recovered.

I have never had 100% clear skin but it has always been reasonably healthy and manageable, however I liked the idea of a simple skincare routine with a focus on natural ingredients, so when I saw all the good reviews I thought I'd give them a try.

By day 3 my skin had started to break out.
Day 10 my face was completely covered in pimples – at this stage I contacted Goodieco asking for advice – which was completely ignored. I followed up 2 days later and was again ignored.
I stuck with it because their website repeatedly talks about your skin going through a “purge”
Day 22 and I was desperate. I again contacted them asking for assistance. By this stage my skin was actually swollen with deep, PAINFUL, cystic acne covering my entire face (THANK GOD FOR LOCKDOWN). Again, absolutely no acknowledgment or response on repeated attempts to contact them.

2 days later I went to my GP, who was completely shocked by the state my skin was in, advised me to throw it away and he then referred me to a dermatologist as he could not treat it himself.
The Dermatologist was also shocked at how bad my skin had responded to the product in such a short time. I was prescribed specialist only medication and a series of treatments to try and assist. This did not work well and I ended up needing to go on Isotretinoin (which comes with its own problems!) to treat the mess this product made -which I’m still taking now and will need to do so for another couple of months.

I think it’s telling that their terms and conditions states “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time”. Believe me they make good use of that when they COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU when you try to contact them with your concerns and questions. The T&C’s then go on to say:
“WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE IS NOT ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. ANY RELIANCE ON THE MATERIAL ON THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.”
And
“WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.”

I find it absolutely unacceptable that within 24 hours of me posting a negative review on their site with photographs and screenshots of repeated attempts by me via email to contact them, my review was deleted, and no response to this day has ever been given to me. But they can get away with it because again because the T&C’s state “We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise OBJECTIONABLE.

I think the T&C’s speak for themselves. Coupled with the negative experiences and actual physical reactions to the products so many customers have had I would say use at your own risk!

This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. The terrible customer service, the financial outlay not just in terms of the initial product, but the expense of the treatment required because of it, and the emotional toll and hit to my self-esteem has been incredibly difficult and damaging.

In summary – terrible product, abysmal customer care/response, dodgy business practices
