I would like to talke here about different experience that's happened with me with an egenet who moved to work with good look clinic..

It's the dose group. With abd Alrhamn aslan..
I had some problems with dose group. Which they don't give any real warranty on the treatment I had with them.
I faced in November and in march problem with my teeth which was done with dose group. They didn't give any real help or warranty to Thier works .

Lucky after I contacted with the good look clinic team. True Mr shihab. And Mr Saeed.

They helped me and supporting me with real professional and friendly way.

My problem was fixed in good look clinic. Even it wasn't their work from the beginning.
But now everything well done and I am really grateful to be in your clinic. Which is a very high standard clinic with professional staff.
Without the help from Mr Saeed and Mr shehab. My problem could be a nightmare.
I wish from the management not to deal bad quality egent like dose group. To keep your name clean and great as your clinic is.

Once more time. I am really happy with all the help and support in Good look clinic.

I arrived at the clinic for a full-mouth restoration consisting of 17 E-max veneers, 8 crowns, and 3 implants. Prior to this, I had completed full orthodontic treatment in Germany- my teeth were healthy, and my bite was corrected.
1. DISCREPANCY BETWEEN OFFER AND REALITY:
The official offer featured a doctor with 14 years of experience and a U.S. PhD. In reality, I was assigned a 27-year-old doctor. I only discovered the dentist's age after my healthy teeth had already been fully filed down for veneers. The doctor’s experience was my primary criteria; instead, I was given a recent graduate. I tried to remain unbiased, which proved to be a massive mistake. Furthermore, the warranty periods promised in the offer were unilaterally shortened upon my arrival.
2. UNNECESSARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES (ATTEMPTED FRAUD):
The surgeon at this clinic insisted on bone grafting (bone augmentation), which would have cost an additional €700 per jaw. My orthodontist in Germany, who was monitoring my process, saw no medical necessity for this. Only after I demanded that the clinic explain the clinical reason for the grafting directly to my German orthodontist did they "suddenly" decide the procedure was not needed. This was not about the money, but about my health, which they were willing to compromise simply to increase the bill.
3. INSTALLATION ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE:
I was kept in a hotel for five days with filed-down teeth. The clinic scheduled the final installation just 4–5 hours before my flight. Despite promises of daily fittings, I was kept in the dark until the very last moment. This lack of time for adjustments led to a horrifying result.
4. INCOMPETENT COORDINATION:
The coordinators, specifically Ivan, were unprofessional and ignored the terms of the Bookimed offer. They denied pre-arranged transfers and showed total ignorance regarding the medical staff's credentials. Ivan’s only response to technical concerns was, "You will love the result," while ignoring my questions about the on-site laboratory and timelines.
5. HIDDEN COSTS:
The final price was higher than the initial offer. When questioned, the staff claimed they had "nothing to do with the offer," exploiting the fact that I had already traveled and started treatment.
6. COLLECTIVE COMPLAINTS:
At the Panorama Hotel, I met four other women in shock over their results. One has filed an official complaint with the French Consulate. We are now in contact to file a collective statement with the Ministries of Health in Turkey, France, and Germany to review the licenses of this clinic.
7. THE RESULT:
The outcome is disastrous. The front crown is a different color than the veneers. Despite my orthodontic history, there are gaps between the teeth which the doctor filled with a temporary composite that fell out immediately. A veneer on the 5th tooth broke within a week. The teeth were made excessively long, the doctor’s "fix" was to grind them down, destroying the translucency and aesthetics I was promised.
8. DOCUMENTATION AND BLACKMAIL:
The clinic provided inaccurate documentation for my insurance, falsely stating that a missing tooth (requiring a bridge) was present. This prevents me from receiving insurance reimbursement. The coordinator, Ivan, explicitly refused to correct this document unless I deleted my negative review on Bookimed. This attempt to "barter" for legal medical documentation is the final straw.

За пошуком "MAVIDENTA"в Google в жовтні місяці видавало адресу під вивіскою "GoodLok". Раніше в березні нас почали лікувати в іншому місці під вивіскою "Mavidenta", зараз там висить "VSC". Також сайт, за яким ми приїхали, перевіряючи рекомендації, вже не працює. Уся інформація і 5зіркові відгуки зараз на іншій платформі. Чек нам видали, що не є дійсною квитанцією. На ім'я Tala. Ми зрозуміли, що щось не те відбувається. Потребували повернути гроші назад. Я розумію що дуже вчасно. Так як помилки свої вони не визнають. А саме. Atahan, Fatima, Tala. Вони діють не в інтересах пацієнта. Це просто агенти. Сам Atahan зізнався особисто, що ми самі винні, що підписали угоду яку він дав, що дозволяє йому діяти по довіреності. Він сам вирішу з моменту підпису, що, за яку ціну і в кого будуть робити. Так як це дешевше ніж на ринку, то відповідно якісь страждає. Будьте обережні. Здоров'я коштує більше. Йдіть на лікаря, не на красиву картинку і посмішки невідомих людей без ліцензії і відповідальності

My husband and I traveled to Zaren clinic feb 25
My husband received dental implants , absolutely amazing and hair transplant.
Bahar was his agent , honestly she was unreal , his teeth and hair was exceptional.
Full transparency and support from Bahar.
His consultation were all about his needs and what exactly the appearance he desires.
Me on the other hand went to a different clinic the same week .
Worse decision I made.
I received dental crowns which are now causing major pain .
I contacted Bahar to ask for support although she did not represent me or treat me at her clinic . the support I she has been given I do not know what I would have done without her .
So thanks again BAHAR ZAREN CLINIC

Very Bad! "I paid 9000 euros for a dental implant procedure at this clinic, but they did not deliver what was promised. The invoice listed 9 root canal treatments, but they only did 3. They are outright scammers! My teeth are now crooked, when I expected them to be fixed. They are only after your money, and the service is terrible. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!"

i did 28 zirkonium crowns and a hairtransplant and im happy about both i came from the Netherlands Omar helped me with everything and everything was well arranged from hotel to transfer nice respectfull staff i rate them 11/10👌

modern clean clinic with quick response rate and fair pricing, I found Mr Abdulkadir Mustapha especially useful as he was honest from start to finish, massive thanks.

had two techs doing the extraction on my hair one on my right side had no planning of what he was doing . He not only pulled the hairs from a isolated area but did it too close to the boarder where i was putting graphs making it too visible. The other tech on my left side of my head blended and spread the area of extraction not making it noticeable like like my right side. looks like i have alopecia and even though my hair has not grown in yet its obvious that my hair is not going to cover it. Obvious this tech had to be a beginner and wasn't supervised properly . The doctor was in the room twice and did the incisions . The 1st tech left after extractions and the second tech who messed up the extraction was now doing the implantations in the room with me for 9 hours sniffling and coughing less than a foot from my head. I am wondering now on the quality of implanting done by someone who messed up my head leaving me with a bald spot on one side of my head next to my donor area making it too obvious to hid. if it was lower i could hide it with shaving the side of my head. i must of been in contact with 12 different facilities and i always requested the doctor to be in the room which eliminated some and it was understood the procedure was gonna be monitored by the doctor and not come in the room just twice . Sorry to have to write such a review but sorrier i picked this place.. not to mentioned i flew back not feeling well and had a three day cold when i got home. I had a great experience at Good Look Clinic, and I can't recommend them enough! From my initial consultation to my arrival in Istanbul and throughout my procedures, Abdul was simply incredible.

The clinic itself was beautiful, providing a welcoming and calming environment, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Although some parts of the process felt a little rushed—likely a result of the clinic's popularity—I understood that this can happen in a busy setting.

Abdul's attentiveness and constant availability made all the difference. As someone who was alone in a foreign country undergoing a procedure, I found the experience to be potentially daunting. However, his kindness and support transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a comfortable and reassuring journey.

He genuinely felt like a great friend, always there to address my questions and concerns with patience and understanding. I felt safe and well taken care of every step of the way. A big thank you to everyone involved for making my experience at Good look Clinic truly wonderful!

Hi everyone. Speaking/writing from Canada. I had an awesome time in Istanbul. The clinic set everything up for me. They picked me at the airport, dropped me off at the hotel, brought me to the clinic to get my procedure done, and dropped me back off at the airport (no extra costs). Their communication with me was impeccable.
The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free through the hair transplant.
It’s been now over two weeks and I can tell they did a great job. The hair looks healthy and strong even though it’s not the final result. My family and coworkers were also impressed.
A big “thank you” to the doctor, the nursing staff, Omar and Abdul. You guys are all amazing.
Only bad part was that I couldn’t speak Turkish and I couldn’t talk to everyone at the clinic who couldn’t speak English.
If I want anything else done, I’ll definitely be going back to this clinic.

Es wird unterschieden ob man lokaler Patient ist oder vom Ausland kommt. Wenn man vom Ausland kommt sind die Preise 70% mehr für dieselbe Behandlung. Kann ich sogar belegen, nur war es mir zu blöd Anzeige zu erstatten.

I had a hair transplant at Good Look Clinic on Monday, and my experience has been exceptional. Since June, I've been in touch with Abdul via WhatsApp, and he has been an incredible point of contact throughout the process. He promptly answered all my questions leading up to my visit, making me feel well-prepared.

Traveling alone to a country I had never visited was daunting, but Abdul made the entire experience more comfortable. He even stayed with me during some of the more uncomfortable parts of the procedure, which I truly appreciated.

Everything was taken care of upon my arrival, from airport pickup to hotel arrangements and clinic transfers—everything was seamless. The staff, doctors, and technicians were all friendly and professional, which added to the positive experience.

Although it's still early days, and I’m waiting to see the full results of my hair transplant, I can confidently say I’m very happy with the service I received. I also had the opportunity to consult with a dentist during my stay, and I was equally impressed with the level of care and attention. In fact, would choose to receive treatment here over any British dentist after this experience.
