Extremely bad packing yogurt was delivered warm n liquid form...this same issue 3rd time ...consistent with your mistakes
Inform the customer accurate deliver date n time, send products like yogurt cold not not warm and liquid. Three bad experiences.

The company is doing really well and is sustainable in helping the environment by selling vegan products. The product is really good and it tastes like actual ghee.
But considering the price is a bit high.If we could lower down the price then it would be accessible to everyone and it would be great for everyone.

Curds texture and pack feedback
A brand that calls itself vegan,sustainable has a packaging which is damaging to the environment. Their curds is not the same as when they started off. The aluminum tab on the pack is reacting with the product, changing the taste, the tab colour also is changed where it is in touch with the product. They have a standard answer - concerned team has been informed.

The milk quality is very bad. It is thik like a dosa batter and we are unable to use it for coffee or tea.

Packaging & taste
1. Packaging: Milk & curd packs were wrapped in so much of polythene & tapes. Still one curd pack was leaking a bit. Vegan company should take care of unnecessary plastic in packaging. For curd, you must use ice box like big basket.
2. Taste: I likes oats & cashew milk in shakes/smoothies etc but not in my tea. Tea tastes best in millet milk usually. Curd taste should be little sour, it was neutral.
