We pre ordered our garden furniture and it arrived in the time frame given. Delivery was very good and the packages where undamaged. The set wasn't too bad to assemble and the finished product was really good quality and looks a lot more expensive than we actually paid. We did have a problem with one of the pieces but that was replaced immediately and Customer services were very polite and helpful and easy to speak to. I would definitely recommend you look at this company for your patio furniture.

Before placing my order I asked a question on the on line chat that was answered immediately. The order was delivered within three working days. Unfortunately one part of the order was missing, I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful, they contacted the courier and phoned me back within 30 minutes and I recieved the missing box the next day. I am very happy with the service I received and the garden furniture is lovely.

Having bought an item from Goods Emporium I needed to query something with them. I used a messaging platform and within the hour I had a phone call from one of their employees. He listened carefully to what I had to say and offered an immediate solution. Their customer service was faultless. I felt valued as a customer. Everything was dealt with with courtesy and efficiency. A truly excellent experience.

Excellent Company to deal with, would give more stars if possible so 5* plus from me. Order (Garden Furniture), delivered on promised date, & within DPD Courier's allocated time slot. On assembly of furniture we found one Bolt missing from a box. Contacted Goods Emporium, who were more than helpful, & apologetic. They posted missing bolt same day, received next day, After Sales Service second to none. I would definitely recommend this company, & use again.

Excellent communication and response to questions was almost instant. Ordered a garden sofa set on Friday evening and set was delivered on Tuesday. All well packed and intact and all the screws/nuts/washers to put the set together were included in the correct numbers. The set took nearer 2 hours to put together rather than the one hour as stated in the instruction sheet. The quality of the set appears to be very good especially for the price we paid. Obviously time will tell as to the true quality but the company have given a 2 year warranty which is longer than most others. Overall very pleased with our buying experience.
