I have been going to Good Skin Days for 4 plus years now and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere for my treatments. The customer service is excellent, the practitioners are highly trained, skilled and knowledgeable, all staff are respectful, polite and friendly. Whenever I’ve had an issue whether it’s an appointment or a time, they’ve always accommodated me and made sure they’ve done everything to help and resolve any issues quickly. The pricing is also fair and a lot cheaper than other places I see.

They even have doctors, surgeons and consultants at the clinic which inevitable exemplifies the clinic’s position as being provides of professional and proper care.

I always have my treatments with Daiva, I’ve known her for 5 years now. She is very professional, kind, friendly and respectful; she has always made me feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment, which is especially important.

I enquired about a pea-sized cyst removal on my neck in March. I had the surgical procedure to remove it, and an abnormal lumpy red scar formed in its place. Unfortunately I wasn't warned about abnormal scaring (only general surface scars). I have since been medically advised from another practice that my initial cyst could have been shrunk with cortisone injection (an option I would have much preferred trying first, seeing the results it gave from other practises). The skin clinic gave me 3 steroid injections free of charge to try and shrink the scar lump, to no success (it stopped the itching), but instead caused atrophy. I'm now left with an awful lump on my neck which has completely knocked my confidence back. I haven't been advised of how to best treat it, just to leave it and see what it's like in a year's time. Needless to say, I regret my decision to have the procedure. The staff and the place we're fine, I just wish I was told a less invasive cyst treatment was an option. I've been advised elsewhere of how to improve it, which is already showing results.

It was very well thought out for covid precautions, I was glad to return for treatments, which were also conducted with PPE.

Excellent service. Petra explained everything really well, gave suggestions for how to achieve the results I wanted, costed everything out before any treatment so I knew exactly what I would be having done and how much it was.
Petra is really nice and I would definitely recommend, in fact I have done.

I’ve had laser hair removal before and I’ve never seen the results I wanted. I’ve only had one session at GSD so far and I can already see major results after 5 weeks!

GSD is a great clinic with very knowledgeable practitioners.

My 20 year old daughter, in desperation, booked and paid for a private consultation to discuss additional treatments that weren’t available on the NHS for acne. I was dubious of her spending £170 without understanding if you could offer what she was looking for ( research is key ) so I called to discuss the nature of our booking to ensure it wasn’t a waste of time. Which she asked me too as she was upset and unsure. So I helped. In short it absolutely was, with nothing to offer her & the one treatment we were interested in ( as discussed on the phone ) the skin clinic aren’t licensed to offer! I complained at reception after our 20 minutes over priced appointment was finished and I was advised someone would be in touch. Nothing. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money for additional skin advice here. She was disappointed. ( We both attended the appointment as my daughter requested )and I liaised with the clinic to whom the receptionist was very nice- my daughter did not speak to you other then to book and you most certainly didn’t go ahead at her request because she’s an adult‘ ..the insinuation there is outrageous!! I attended the meeting and this is my view which I’m entitled to.
Equally the treatment that you couldn’t offer wasn’t even available due to Covid19 and she’s since got the treatment arranged via NHS. Another example of why this was a waste of time & money.

Strange review? It’s a genuine review and one based on facts. My daughter turned to me to sort advice and I rung up to discuss this prior to attending so if you couldn’t offer the treatment why book her in?!. We told you she was already with the NHS prior to attending and was in the middle of treatment, she wanted a quicker solution or additional advice which we asked before hand. Which you didn’t offer. To ensure it was worth it for her. Which it wasn’t. Get your facts right. What a disgusting response. It was an expensive waste of money & time for ANY private consultation because it wasn’t fit for the purpose we required. Comparison is irrelevant. We are well acquainted with both the private and NHS sector and value both service providers. Sadly I recommend to her to look into a private consultation my reservation was whether you could offer her what she was wanting, as to not cause her any false hope prompting further upset as her mother, I’m sure you can appreciate that. Hence the initial call. You offered no mediatory support as noted below...I’ll be sure to be in touch. I’m not saying anymore as truthfully your response says everything about you as a company.

Fantastic clinic. Online consultation was easy and they responded very quickly. I then called on the Monday and was booked in for Thursday!
Was very impressed with the results from my first laser mole removal so came back again for the same treatment. Andrew treated me both times and he was very friendly and proffessional. Staff on reception are very welcoming and friendly too. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend the clinic.

I found Good Skin Days by default while I was in the middle of an Obagi treatment.
The staff are very helpful, warm and polite, service is fabulous and Petra, my Obagi nurse is knowledgable and kindness personified.
Regarding my experience in the clinic, it exceeded my expectations in all areas of service.
I would be delighted to recommend Good Skin Days clinic for the skin treatments.
