Amazing experience with Go-Official at The London Stadium
I came across the Go Official site whilst browsing for West Ham v Derby match tickets as I wanted to experience a match day with my daughter at the London Stadium.
I was initially sceptical due to the proliferation of scam websites, but I was persuaded through positive trustpilot reviews.
The payment and receipt of tickets was smooth; We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Great Briton VIP Lounge at no extra charge which made our day.
Overall we had an amazing experience on the day; it was a hot day and a long walk from Straford to the entrance via turnstile B, so must allow plenty of time.
We received a match programme and a free drink in the lounge bar with comfortable padded seats in Block 207 with a fantastic view of the pitch over the halfway line.
We had our drinks at half-time but this felt a bit rushed so I would advise to have your drinks before the match.
The lounge was not 'luxury' but was comfortable and we apppreciated the ambience and not queueing for drinks and there were places to grab some food just outside.
We were greeted by Go Official staff in the lounge and outside, who were extremely welcoming and friendly, and offered discount coupons for further matches. We got full value for money due to our upgrade; at the full price basic food (eg: a burger or pizza) or another drink could be included but despite this I would thoroughly recommend the Go Official Match Day experience.

Thank you for such a detailed and honest review! It’s especially great to hear that the positive Trustpilot reviews gave you the confidence to book with us, and that the payment and ticket process was smooth.
We’re so pleased the upgrade to the Great Briton VIP Lounge made your day even more special. The mention of the padded seats in Block 207, the halfway-line view, programme, complimentary drink and our staff being welcoming really means a lot.
Most importantly, we’re glad you and your daughter had such a memorable matchday together. We really appreciate the recommendation and your helpful feedback about arriving early and the half-time drinks too. ⚒️
Everything was included
Everything was included. The seat was in a good position and the food included was really good. I haven’t gone to the stadium tour but I hope there will be no trouble with it if I present the ticket as I did with the food and match programme

Arrived in London at 6pm after an…
Arrived in London at 6pm after an arduous 6 hr drive from Wales. Wanting to make the most of our trip we (my son and I) decided to see if there were any football matches on that evening. We were pleased to see there was one - West Ham United v’s Wrexham.
We came across GoOfficial on Google and my son booked two tickets quickly and with ease.
I literally gulped my tea down and we were off on our way via the tube.
Upon arrival at the stadium we realised we had been upgraded ( completely free of charge). We couldn’t believe our luck. We were given a free drink and program AND a padded seat with an excellent view. To top it off there were plenty of goals with the Irons (yes, we are now new fans) beating Wrexham 6:0.
I would thoroughly recommend GoOfficial and look forward to using them again.

This is such a great review — thank you for sharing it! After driving 6 hours from Wales, I love that you decided to make the most of your evening and go for it with a last-minute West Ham game.
I’m especially glad the upgrade was a nice surprise and that you and your son enjoyed the padded seats, great view, drinks and programme. Then to see the Irons win 6–0… you couldn’t have picked a better first West Ham experience! 😂⚒️
Really appreciate the kind words and recommendation. Hopefully we’ll see you both back at the London Stadium again soon!

Great start to a fantastic weekend in London
We were down in London last weekend and decided to get tickets for the West Ham v Wrexham game. I contacted Go Official via WhatsApp and was given all the relevant information. We bought 2 tickets a couple of weeks before the game, on the Tuesday before the game I received an email saying we had been upgraded to Executive (Drink in the lounge before the game, program and team sheet, drink at half time and the option to go back in after the game, which we didn’t do).
The whole night was fantastic, the upgrade made it that bit better. Great result for West Ham too (6-0).
Would definitely recommend, and will definitely look to attend another game through Go Official in the future
