Best in the game for both customer service and satisfaction, I’ve bought from them for 4 years now and there’s not a issue I’ve ever had that they didn’t resolve quickly and completely, top teir company and phenomenal products.

Googan makes the best possible baits on the market nothing heats the swim baits and the soft plastics absolutely phenomenal movement in the water the bandito bugs are an all time favorite

Bought a good amount of items from Googan over the last 2 - 3 years, never had a problem with shipping or the items themselves. I did however receive a cracked tackle box, and emailed their support THREE TIMES with no response. Buyer beware, if you happen to need help with your order, you won't get it.

Ordered 3 items one being green series micro light rod. They shipped 2 items and waited til the day those 2 items were to be delivered to tell me there was an inventory error and the item wasnt in stock and sent refund. Same day i seen that it was still showing 1 in stock which i informed them. They removed it from website. Then today 1 day later its back up and for sale. Thats deceptive business practices. I left a review on website or tried to and of course i cannot find my review on their site. I have screen shots and emails. I will be contacting the bbb.

Placed an order and they changed it. Sent different items than ordered. Customer service is the worst.. They do not post bad reviews. They are not a 5 star business as they want you to believe. If they posted honest reviews they would be a 2 star business.

It I could leave no stars I would! Horrible customer service!!! I have been waiting more than two weeks for my order. I received part of it and another order in 3 day! This one shows to just be sitting!
I email asking about it, they say I have to wait 15days! Seriously! I ordered this as a birthday gift. I waited my 15days, they just say it's in route! A large company should not ship with USPS!!
Customer service is the worse I have ever felt with! I will no longer buy any of their products!

Ordered a week ago and item still hasn’t shipped. This is all the time with past orders. Emailed 3 times to no answer! Will be getting BBB involved now! This is ridiculous! They hurry and take your money no problem but can’t provide a service. Will be switching to lews and 6th sense as they stand behind their products and I ordered a bunch of stuff and it shipped 2 hours later. Googan better take notes on how a really company works. But this is last straw. I’m done with them.

Never received order! Customer service is non-existent! Emailed over four times, didn't hear a peep from anyone, the only phone number is to some chicken place! My son has nothing to open this Christmas! Over $115 of merch.

Sent order to the wrong address. I contacted them at least six different times via email without response before the order even shipped. I still have not heard from them. there is no phone number to call. I guess I'm out $108. There are countless bait options available. No way in hell I'm spending another dime on these hacks. As for the 5 star reviews I see here, must be plants for the company. Nothing but radio silence from their help email address.

Ordered $350 of tackle for my fishing loving son a few weeks ago. 30 items or so I’d estimate. Have yet to receive a single item. That was our budget in addition to grandparents chipping in. He had nothing to open on his birthday and checks the mail all the time. Their communication sucks. Scam I’m guessing.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. First week email came indicated delayed! Then another email said shipment this past Monday. Still no delivery. Tried to track, and was referred to a site to file complaint. I did this. The number on internet is INCORRECT. First and foremost the guys and gals at Googan are some of the koolest. They have amazing baits and gear that is loved and hated but the bottom line is they hook big fish and they get the job done if you want go get you some Googan Baits and Gear and hook you a fat one....

Fast delivery and very good baits.
One small thing: it is pretty expensive tot ship to belgium and with extra races are the baits expensive but they are worth IT.
