Very poor service
The charger dies after 2 to 3 attempts of jump starting. Contacted them and the response was really slow. We are a garage and luckily we had a car they needed jump starting otherwise we wouldnt have notice its poor capability. After many attempts trying to sort this out they now requested a video of it not working. If they didnt take ages to respond and asked for the video in the first place then things would have been easier. Now we got to wait for a car that comes with a dead battery to video it. This is the problem with poor customer service taking weeks to respond.
