I don't like the lipstick formula because it accentuates the wrinkles in my lips. I don't like their customer service, if you can call it that. I asked for a refund within their guidelines on Feb. 25, and got an immediate automated response that they would contact me in one or two business days. On Mar. 3, a week later, I replied to that email saying that they hadn't contacted me. I got another automated response saying that they would contact me in one or two business days. Today is March 14 and I haven't heard anything back from them. Their phone number is in Singapore. They don't offer any other way to contact them. That is not what I call customer service. I don't know how to get a refund for this product I bought in good faith from this company that supposedly offers refunds if you're not satisfied.

I ordered the product on 11.30 and then received an email stating the product is not in stock. However, it is still being sold on line. My last 2 emails have not been replied to. They of course took the money right away knowing they didn't have the product. I'm doubting they will be cooperative with giving me my money back. Complete disappointment. This was my daughters main Christmas gift. I will have to start a dispute with my credit card company.

Im writing review for contact and shipping only cause this product is a birthday gift for my love. Afraid of your comments about contact with company, and shipping issues I wrote an email to see reaction. I got a reply instantly. They wrote Thai if I order today they’ll send it next day.
They were right. I ordered it 5th of June, today we got 10th of June and I just received package.
5 days, and I’m from Poland.
So I have to give it a 5 star review ♥️

Love the idea of the product and was so excited. Until I spent an hour trying to prime a black cartridge… I warmed it, pumped it, cleared blockages for hours with no success, and the pump at the opposite end hasn’t moved at all. The other cartridges were easy to prime. I immediately contacted go play but had no reply. I tried 3 times emailing over a week. Not heard a single word back or not even a “we’ll get back to you soon” or an automated reply, and while waiting for a response, my lipskit is unable to be used and day by day getting closer to expiry and not being used despite wanting to use it. Love the product concept, not happy with communication issues and responsiveness.
There was no other way to contact go play after a week of emails so had to resort to reviewing here. Willing to add more stars and change the review IF they would resolve issues and have better communication.
I know not all products are 100% perfect for every consumer and some may get the odd fault. It happens, I understand. But please help customers resolve their issues in a timely manner 🤞

I ordered with more than enough time for the items to arrive for Christmas, and there was no communication from the company. I wrote to ask where the items were and they advised there was a delay, so I asked for a refund as it wouldn't arrive in time for when I'm still in the country. No response. I reached out again asking them to cancel my order and refund me and they replied saying "congratulations we've shipped your order!". I then immediately get an email from DHL with a £60 import tax charge, which I am in no way paying. Am about to open up a dispute with my bank, but wanted to warn others about this scammy company. No way would I recommend them to anyone.

I would give them no stars if I could.
I ordered my kit on Nov 30th. No activity for weeks. I reached out on Dec 16th. No response. I dispute the transaction with my bank, since it appears it was a complete scam, and, poof, magically an order is on its way, AFTER CHRISTMAS AND MORE THAN A MONTH AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. These people SUCK. If anything arrives it's going back. And, of course, it's one of those companies where it's IMPOSSIBLE to actually speak to someone. Complete BS.

Super cute concept and I love the idea. However day #2 I had one of the colour tubes break and I had to try to piece it back together to work. Cute but very poor quaility.

I was looking at the promo ad and was confuse as the offer was not available. Customer Service was great with explanation, she also quickly sent me links to help me with the purchase. I have to say its fun to play with even though I haven't got my favorite color yet. The colors on the chart are beautiful but they are not what I like when I applied it. But I love the variety, beats me buying tons of lipsticks I will never use again. For this I just add something else and then re-use, experimenting with different colors, its fun and I get a totally new color that is only ME.

Lipskit is such an amazing product i have come across..It fulfills every girl’s fantasy,to have countless shades of lipcolours and wear according to their mood...Its multipurpose use is again an attraction,Its value for money,easy to carry,the texture of the lipcolour is very nice..👌👌

I got 9 of the Lipskit starter kits to be given to my friends as Christmas gift and they all loved it! They even told their friends and family about it and was going to get some for them too. It's such a unique and brilliant product, and has exceptional quality for a vegan and cruelty-free product. Yes it's a lipstick, but it can even be used as eyeshadow and blush. All in one tiny cute package! Good bye bulky make up boxes! <3

I love the lipskit! It's fun and easy to make my own lip colors with the lipskit. Plus, I can make my own recipe. So much fun!

It’s a fun experience mixing your own lip colours and they are very long lasting. I like mine more glossy so add a few drops of lip moisture to the mix.

When I first came across this item, I knew I had to try it. As someone who cares about matching the lipstick colour to the occasion/outfit. I have wayyy too many lipsticks shades that I’d love to get rid of/never finish using but will end up buying again because I’d still need certain shades sometimes. This item seemed like the solution to all my lipstick woes.
About GoPlay Cosmetics : the lip colours are PIGMENTED. You’re really getting your money’s worth here. Little heads up: the formula on its own is meant to be similar to that of a liquid lipstick, like Tarte’s Paint (which I am not a fan of) because, I have dry lips. However, the consistency/texture can be easily modified to your liking using lip balm/lip gloss/ oil of your choice, or the “moisture drops” which you can get from the site. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and will most likely buy more refills when I run out. Things I am not a fan of : the containers for the lip colours. It’s kinda hard to bring it out due to its irregular shape and makes me miss the traditional lipstick tube. With some more tweaks/mods/improvements to the design, this item will be purrrrfectttt.

This was the perfect gift for my mom, who enjoys makeup but doesn't like to spend on getting so many different colors / variants. She loved that the LIPSKIT lets her play around with different shades in just the one package; we both had a ton of fun experimenting with it! The color stayed on for a really long time too. Nice matte finish, survived an afternoon of drinking between the two of us ;)

As a professional makeup artist, I love the versatility of the GoPlay LipsKit. It is a portable unit which holds refillable tubes of high quality lip pigments. There are 5 basic colors of these pigments which are then chosen & mixed depending on the lipcolor desired. The design of the kit allows for precise pumping of each color so that a "recipe" can be made & duplicated. The pigments on their own give a smooth, matte finish but included in the kit is a jojoba oil additive which changes the sheen to glossy or can make the color more transparent. Also included in the kit are small pots with well-designed lip brushes hidden in the caps. This kit is invaluable for anyone who likes to experiment with different lip colors & textures without having to buy a gazillion products. Ever bought a lip color that you didn't like? This kit will allow you to remix the color and adjust the tone. All in all, the GoPlay LipsKit is a genius product. I can't wait to see what other things they have planned!!

My wife totally love the freedom to be able to choose any colour she wanna make. Really a great initiative to create a wonderful product rather than buying individual colours and would probably cost more. Great work and keep it up! 👍🏽
