I’ve been using GoProxy’s premium static residential proxies for about 2–3 months, typically between 8–12 proxies at a time.

At the beginning, everything worked smoothly. I was impressed with both the quality of the service and the customer support, to the point where I left a 5-star review and even recommended them to 9–10 of my friends.

Unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill. Now, I run into issues with my proxies almost every other day—either no connection at all, or extremely high latency (400–600 ms). Out of the 10 proxies I currently have, 7 are not working.

Customer support used to be responsive with live chat, but today it often takes 3 days or more to get a reply, if there’s a reply at all. When I do hear back, the answer is usually just “Your proxy works now,” without any explanation, apology, or compensation. This is far from the 99.8% uptime they advertise.

At this point, I don’t even feel motivated to contact support anymore, because it wastes time without solving the underlying issues. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for premium proxies when the majority don’t work reliably, and the company takes no accountability.

It’s a real shame, because GoProxy started out strong, but the current quality and support have become so poor that I—and many of my friends—are already looking for alternatives.

No one should buy any IP from this site, it is a scam site, the support system is very bad and they do not change the IP or refund. Everyone should avoid this proxy site.

A good service. When I joined Goproxy.com I wasn't sure of them due to some of reviews that I red. But I chose to try the company, but to my surprise I got to tell you that they are the best. I have never experienced such a stable service. I even went ahead to activate auto-renewal. My advice to people is, don't always depend on a few of bad reviews to judge or make a decision. Go ahead and give the product a trial by yourself, the result may be different.

About their customer's support they are extremely good, they will reply you immediately once you contact them during their working hour either by chat or by email. If you message them outside their working hours it may take some hours, once they resume they will reply to your message. So please understand their working hour if you expect instant reply. Their products on Proxies are very good support service is also good. If you buy a product, example of Proxies from them and experience a bad result at the beginning, contact them immediately and explain your concerns to them. I will assure you that they will adjust and give you a better product or service just like any other company does. I dont recommend their proxies at all, even for small thing it will not work,slow and i dont know why this website exist at all? like you selling used proxies and pretend to sell a unique proxy, support is always not there and if you want their response should wait three days i dont recommend at all -00000

I like that fact that goproxy gives you a free trail to test run. I tried it, and I saw that it really suits my needs. They give proxy that works very well, and aren't blacklisted, and most of their proxies are residential.
