I would strongly advise against using Quello Allergy Drops.
This company operates more like a billing system than a healthcare provider. Customer service is responsive when you’re signing up, but once you’re a paying customer, getting real support is nearly impossible.
I received a shipment while out of the country in the middle of winter with no reliable notification. Their emails routinely go to spam due to constantly changing sender addresses, despite attempts to fix it. The bottle sat outside for nearly a month and was unusable. A refund was refused.
From there, it became a pattern—lack of transparency, lack of accountability, and continued billing. I requested a pause and cancellation, yet charges continued. Their cancellation process is misleading; it appears complete, but is not finalized unless you complete an exit survey (which is not clearly communicated). The only consistent “notification” I received was charges hitting my bank account.
When I reached out again for a refund and confirmation of cancellation, the response was not a resolution—just an offer for a free doctor visit.
Most concerning: the treatment itself did not help. My symptoms worsened, with thicker post-nasal drip and no improvement.
At no point did this feel like patient-centered care. It felt like being managed as a recurring revenue stream.
Save yourself the frustration—work with a licensed physician through your insurance instead of dealing with a company that prioritizes billing over patients.

Quello made the experience of getting allergy drops easier for me. For the first time in my life, I'm living in a Southern spring (read: yellow pollen covering EVERYTHING) in a house with lots of trees and I have barely had a sniffle. The team is super responsive and ready to help with anything.

I saw an ad for Quello and was intrigued! I have had pretty severe allergies from the time I was a child. I have done immunotherapy shots for many years and really struggled with reactions to the shots. Going to the doctor three times a week for four shots at a time was time consuming. I spent a lot of money on co-payments for the shots. I finally made it to the maintenance phase of shots and then covid happened. I stopped going because I lost my job and could not afford it anymore. It's now been 6 years and I still have allergies. They are not as bad as they used to be but I still struggle. When I heard about quello. I did some research on the company and read a lot of reviews. And thought I would give it a try. I sent in my blood work and today had my appointment to go over the results. I was not surprised by all of the things I am allergic to and was excited to hear what they offered. The program sounds incredible. The cost is affordable. The fact I don't have to go anywhere is fantastic. And the short amount of time that I will have to invest in this makes it so much better than just doing immunotherapy. Very excited to get started next week.

Quick and easy process to get my drops ordered. Online chat is quick to respond to all my questions and the virtual Dr. Appointment was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, it didn't feel rushed. I look forward to getting my drops!
