New to Frome and needed a lot of help modernising a listed house. Called an electrician who suggested calling Gordon Reid to convert the Heating to Gas and fit a new Bathroom.

Liam and Dan came round to discuss what is needed and required. Arranged a date and was happy with the quote. Not easy to get all the timings right with getting Gas fitted to the house. But the lads were happy to work round the timing of others which brought my stress levels down a lot.

Also, very happy to be accommodating to get the result that you want and happy to answer stupid questions. This is why I would suggest calling Gordon Reid first as you will not need to call anyone else afterwards.

From start to finish Liam and Dan have been incredible. They fitted a complete central heating system for me, as well as a new bathroom, and at every stage, every stupid question (from me) and questionable decision (again, me) they have provided the most professional and exceptional answers and results. We are a children's day nursery and needed a new boiler and immersion heater. Liam and Dan are exceptional plumbers. Their work is to a really high standard and they were efficient in removing and installing the new system. They were kind and considerate to the needs of the nursery which remained open during the installation and they were so clean and tidy throughout. On time, on schedule prepared to answer any questions and went through system operation before leaving. Tidied up at end and cleared away all rubbish. Prepared to take calls for any queries moving forward. Thoroughly recommend and would use for further work.

Dan and Liam did great work moving our boiler upstairs and replacing the hot water tank. Responsive and creative, they were able to spec the work as needed for our renovation project, enabling the system to expand in the future. Easy to have in the house, tidy and friendly.

Liam of Gordon Reid Plumbing is a top guy - he did a fantastic job installing our new hot water and heating system. He had to work in a tight space which needed complete reconfiguration to make everything fit. The new copper pipework Liam installed is exquisite and literally a work of art! Highly recommended.

Dan and Liam did a fantastic job installing an unvented system in our old listed property. They worked cleanly, improved the pipework layout, and made thoughtful, sympathetic decisions that respected the character of the building. Totally satisfied – highly recommended.

We had our radiators replaced throughout the house, and the work was absolutely spot on. Great communication from start to finish—always quick to respond, super helpful with advice, and really easy to deal with.

They also fitted a new cloakroom and recommended and installed a water filter system (after we brought the wrong one!), all done to a really high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy. Professional, reliable, and they genuinely take pride in their work.
