Selling products they don't have
Never shop with them, they sell products they don't have. They listed a product for sale they had listed as in stock with a shipping window of 2-3 days, several days after that deadline passed I contacted support. Support missed their reply window, and it was only when I contacted support again, stating I'd chargeback if they didn't reply, that they informed me they didn't actually have the product, refunding me and removing the product's page from their website.

The product did not do what it promised. Could not use G29 wheel to work with my X-box One which is a shame big waste of money.
