Bought Rucker 4.0 and some ruck plates, and it's just great. I was also in contact with customer service over a longer period and they were fast to respond and really helpful. I felt they took me seriously. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a pair of MACV-2 boots, arrived 2 days later from Germany. Very pleased with the service and the boots, can’t fault them at all. Thanks guys.

Most products out of stock. When asking when something will be restocked, I just get an answer saying they have no timeline for when it will be back in stock. Seems very stange that they can't at least give an estimate. A couple of years ago I asked when the Kit bag would be back in stock and got an answer saying that they had to plans on bringing the kit bag back, a week later it was back. So I am not impressed by their customer service skills and their inventory planning is shit.

J'ai commandé sur Goruck EU dimanche soir et j'ai reçu mon sac à dos mardi matin. La livraison coute 10 €, mais est vraiment rapide. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de variétés disponibles de sacs Goruck sur le site Goruck EU (versus sur le site Goruck USA). Dommage aussi qu'une fois la commande passée, il ne soit pas possible de modifier l'adresse de livraison ou d'annuler une commande en cas de problème, sinon c'est parfait.

I'm very happy with my purchase, a Rucker 4.0. I had my first rucks over the last few days, the product is fantastic and exceeds my expectations. DHL shipping to Switzerland was fast, with the product delivered just two business days after ordering. This is my second order from the EU store and again the experience was flawless. Although the EU store has a more limited product range compared to the US store, I'm glad that all the best sellers are available in Europe. I also ordered a black multicam plate carrier and a few accessories from the US store since they're not sold in Europe. However, ordering from the US means you'll have to pay extra for shipping and duties (if applicable), as well as local VAT, which ultimately makes those orders more expensive than buying from the EU store. Regarding pricing, GoRuck seems to maintain more or less the same price before VAT or sales tax in both Europe and the US, with price differences mostly due to local VAT taxes (and they can be crazily high in Europe). And bear in mind that prices on the US store are before sales tax, which is added at checkout, whereas prices on the EU store include VAT. I am lucky to have an 8.1% VAT in Switzerland, resulting in much lower prices than in neighboring countries like France or Germany. Shipping fees are consistent across regions, approximately 9.90 USD, 9.90 EUR, or 9.90 CHF. I think this pricing approach is simple, fair, and honest. All in all, I'm very happy with all the products I purchased and the overall buying experience. Keep up the good work!

Made a few orders now on the Goruck EU store, not cheap but no import duty/fee that is a plus. Although the stock is limited I'm grateful we have the EU store at all. 99% of my orders have arrived next day from Germany to UK. Super happy with my purchases keep up the good work Goruck EU Team

Very satisfied with the process and product!

First and foremost its expensive, but besides that they deliver to Norway two days after i have ordered and the process is smooth like butter.

Product is high quality and as expected for the price tag. So if you look another way for the cost everything else is perfect.
