Aggressive, harassing scammers
Ordered a pair of sunglasses way back on 6/22 from what I thought was Walmart but it was actually The List because unless you look really closely, it's hard to tell when you're ordering from a third party through Walmart. I didn't realize this until the item got stuck in customs for over a week and I looked into why something I ordered from Walmart would be coming from overseas. Upon arrival, the sunglasses were not the correct colorway, and worse yet, on inspection, they were fake. I sent the glasses back, and the List, which didn't even directly provide the glasses (they got them from a 4th party!) claims that *I* sent *them* a counterfeit product. Walmart refuses to do anything because they have zero customer service, so now the seller has both my money and their fake glasses. So, not only should you not do business directly with The List, but you should be mindful if you purchase anything from Walmart because The List hides their toxic business identity by doing commerce via Walmart since they know they have a terrible reputation on their own.

We take allegations of counterfeit items and seller fraud extremely seriously. As an authorized seller, we enforce strict quality control and verification procedures for every item dispatched to ensure 100% authenticity.
Every outbound order is thoroughly documented prior to shipment. Upon receiving your return, our inspection team verified that the item sent back to us was a completely different product from the authentic pair originally dispatched for your order. Because the returned item was not the product we supplied, marketplace policy prevents us from processing a refund.
We maintain complete inspection logs as well as photo and video evidence of both the outbound shipment and the received return to ensure full accuracy and fairness.

I ordered shoes on 7/11/2026, they still have not shipped on 7/21/2026. I contacted customer service to just cancel my order, they sent a generic WhatsApp message saying refunds are expected in 5-10 business days. When I go to view the order, the order has NOT been canceled, and the hold remains on my credit card. Unresponsive customer service, long ship times, inaccurate sizing. 0/10

Every message you sent was answered within our 1–2 business day target, including your weekend enquiry, which we picked up on the next working day.
On the cancellation: both orders were cancelled and the payments released on our side. No funds have been taken. What you're seeing is your bank's authorisation hold, which can take several working days to drop off even after a merchant releases it. If it helps, we can send you written confirmation of the release to pass to your bank and have it cleared sooner.
If anything is still showing on your account after that, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.

My dislikes are sizing
My dislikes are sizing, I would order smaller than was recommended. Design would be better if the sides had a thicker, elastic band rather than a small ribbon band. The padding inside the cup keeps rolling on me. My likes are the price, and overall comfort.

Do not trust this company
Well it just gets worse and worse since my first review. First I had to fight to get a return label for goods damaged in transit AFTER sending photos of the extensive damage. Then I was told they would contact their partners as it was not their fault. Finally I was offered a refund, having already contacted the credit card company to dispute charge. Then I was told several days later there would be no refund because of credit charge dispute. I’ve been asked now to withdraw dispute and that a refund would be forthcoming. Sure. This company is not to be trusted. If you encounter a problem they will not help. They do not care about customer service at all. US buyers beware!
