BUYER BEWARE
This company is a scam do not order anything from them they take your money and do not deliver the product.
No way to contact them at all absolutely disgusting…..
I will expose expose them if it’s the last thing I do !

I ordered a golf bag and received a lousy sunglasses. You can not get in contact with reply email

Placed an order with "gotodainty.com" on May 17th. Status shows shipped. After 4 weeks I sent an email asking about my order. They responded and said couldn't find my order and ask me to send a screen shot of order. They responded and said give three to five days for status to update. Now it's July 13th and no changes in status. The emails fail now. Total scam, will not buy off of Facebook ever again.

I made 2 orders from this website and paid 3000. The advertised images were totally opposite to the items recieved. So buyers beware of this website and don't get fooled by what is advertised. My first order was a tracksuit with track top (mock neck) but they sent me hooded top. Second order was shorts with stripes and the stripes were not even aligned properly. Money wasted.

One of the worst unethical unprofessional 3rd class websites of e-commerce in Pakistan. Please DO NOT purchase anything from this website. There is NO concept of customer service. The website is deliberately designed in such a way that there is no way to find out the identity of the customer service or management. No way to talk to a live agent. Only a chat window which is untraceable and untrackable. This is done so that they avoid any legal penalties in doing business and easily running away in case of a dispute. Its a 3rd class ridiculous website. I had ordered a product on 03 Jan 2020. But still didn't received product after 11 days. Even after shipping the product they don't give any tracking number so you can track your shipment. In the track window its showing only product status is shipped.

Never Ever Give Such Information to Goto Shopping!

I ordered a featured phone worth RS:1,349 from GoTo Shopping website and decided to pay via card as it was very little amount.
After a confirmation call, they asked me that they need some information through email before they could process my order.
Upon receiving the email, I realized that the email is asking for the information which could lead GoTo to have full access to my Bank account.
Asking for Frond and Back of Debit/Credit Card means that anyone having this information can make any purchase in the future, even if GoTo Shopping gets hacked all of the card details will be at Risk.
They also asked for NIC and Bank's Credit Statement, these are the things a bank would ask you if you're willing to change PIN codes of your ATM or any passwords of your Online Banking.
NEVER GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO GOTO SHOPPING WEBSITE OR BE READY FOR THE SCAM.
I make frequent purchases from my Card, some purchases are even over Rs. 10,000, still, they won't ask me such details. This was my first time with GoTo and i was horrified to see that I don't know how many Pakistanis giving this sensitive information to the people they don't even know.
BEWARE!

Buying from GOTO has turned into a nightmare, after spotting unethical practice asking for sensitive credentials, I decided to cancel my order, I gave them confirmation on the email that I no longer wanted my order and further requested a refund.
Yet, they shipped the order after taking an entire day to reply to my email. This is so wrong! I have attached the screenshots in which I clearly asked them to cancel my order but they deliberately took an entire day, waited for the item to be shipped, then they're telling me that the item cannot be canceled.
