Frustration
Since switching to GoTo, I have had continued issues with picture and sound clarity. One or the other, or both simultaneously do not function well and/or are not in sync.
Smooth Experience
Being a non techy person, I never felt like I didn't know what was happening. I was always informed at every step of the process of switching to Go To. They did the configurations and set up for me. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Antiquated Departure Policy
We have been a loyal customer for approx 5 years. New technology has emerged and we are shifting to another platform. Billing for an extra month due to policy is a great way to ensure someone never returns should circumstances shift in the future.
PBX phone system is great for the price
While the phone system that we purchased a few years ago is decent, there are a few things that would make the buy even better. Things like text receipt and simulated chat over IP would enhance the experience, but may lead to incompatibilities with landline only systems. Moreover, the landline we do have is great for pbx systems that recognize it as one, which is great for customer service call centers.
GoToWebinar does not provide the service my business needs
GoToWebinar does not provide the service my business needs. I need a platform that allows multiple persons from the same company to register and pay the fee for a webinar under one name and email address. For example: Company EHS Manager wants three employees to attend my training webinar. EHS Manager wants to register and pay for three persons but have all emails go through them.

We love GoTo. The company's products help our business run each and every day, from the telephone VOIP service to the virtual meeting service to the messaging service -- phenomenal products, phenomenal service!

It's OK - I'd like more features
It's functional, but with a few additions could be great. I love that calls coming to my desk also come to my mobile, but the call quality is lower if I answer it on my mobile.
We mostly use the system to forward calls to our on-call staff, so my suggestions are related to the call-forwarding functionality.
I'm unable to update/change the phone number calls are forwarded to from my phone via the app or the website.
For calls forwarded to our on-call staff, I'd like access to the incoming calls with caller ID, so we can reach back out to someone if needed. If caller ID info it's there, I can't find it.
I'd love to pre-enter names and phone numbers of our on-call staff, then choose from a drop-down list instead of looking up and typing in phone numbers every time we change our on-call staff member - this would also help prevent errors if a phone number was typed in wrong.
In correlation to the last comment, if names/numbers were saved, it would be great to choose the name/number from a dropdown list.
Pre-scheduling forwarding calls to our staff would be very helpful, so we could set up a schedule once instead of accessing and changing the phone number every time our on-call person changes.

The Quality of the meeting has diminished with the new format. The old one was much better. I can’t as the organizer mute. and unmute guest also, the screen changes without warning..

Was oversold on extra services
Was oversold on extra services, tried to cancel and get a refund within 30 days, services were never used or even setup. I reached out several times to my sales rep to cancel and they never did it.. Have been dissapointed several times with this company in the last 3 years. Would not recommend and we are looking to switch providers very soon.

GoTo has been a lifesaver for our growing family business. We were unable to handle the growing call volume with your standard business phone services of two lines. We can now disseminate our volume amongst several users and provide better customer service. We are glad we found GoTo and appreciate the user friendly interfaces in both the app and the desktop app/website.

People have a difficult time getting…on the meeting
People have a difficult time getting on. Some formats force them to download the link. It should be easy to just a hyperlink and get onto the meeting!
