Our family are from Singapore and South America is very far from and unfamiliar to us, but visiting new seven wonder Machu Picchu is always one of our bucket lists. Luckily we found GOTOLATAM and Joana is very helpful and informative in helping us plan the whole trip in Peru. She patiently prepared 6 versions of a 11 day Peru trip plan which accommodated our family members’ different arrival and departure time and other special requests. When actually trip started Enzo and local partners in each destination executed the plan smoothly (except one small negligence that we should have been informed beforehand not upon arrival in Cusco that only cabin size luggages are allowed onto train to Machu Picchu ) Enzo also attended our last minute request to add more program actively and helped us arrange the return of lost wires sockets from Cusco to Lima etc which we are very grateful for ! In addition GOTOLATAM has arranged for us some good tour guides among whom we are most impressed by Henry from Cusco who accompanied us during Christmas holidays and he is very engaging with tourists like us! Overall we had a wonderful visit to Peru thanks to GOTOLATAM team, we appreciate the good service received which made this trip in faraway land unforgettable!

I spend a lot of my free time adventure travelling and know how often the best- laid plans can go wrong! I wanted to go to Patagonia and it looked complex to organise everything myself in high season.
So I contacted Afdel. He put together a completely bespoke, amazing and exciting itinerary of 8 nights, 4 destinations -flights, hotels, transfers and excursions/ day trips in both Argentina and Chile.
With Enzo and their partners in each destination's help, everything was executed flawlessly and on time. This is so difficult to do in my experience. They exceeded my expectations. I plan to use them again on an upcoming trip to Bolivia. They offered good value and travelling with their help was effortless and so much less stressful than doing everything yourself. So thank you to everyone and all the best for 2025. Patagonia was incredible too!

The person who made our trip great and memorable was Enzo from the Cusco office. While the initial programme was patiently and carefully drawn up by Crisdel, the operational details were all handled by Enzo. He went beyond the call of duty, he was always available, his responses to our needs were instant, his personal attention to us throughout our trip was faultless. He was warm, caring and thoughtful.

I had asked for a 16-day itinerary for Brazil and Argentina. I got in contact with Joana first, then Enzo for daily operational stuff. Everything was planned smoothly, and they even managed to re-arrange my dates. All hotels, pickups, internal flights and tour guides were arranged, and the tour guides themselves were wonderful. As it was my first time visiting Latin America, I was not sure what to expect, and hence, left all the planning to the GOTOLATAM team. They delivered exceptionally! Will definitely choose them for my next trip. A big thank you!

There were some glitches but in the end all turned out great for our 23-night tour of Brazil, Argentina and Peru for my wife and I!

Our pre-departure experience with Crisdel was super efficient, all conducted via WhatsApp. She was patient as I went into detail with the proposed itinerary and we finally signed off with the 23-night version, which included internal flights, train and coach travel, hotel accommodation, meet and greet airport transfers and ground tours. The price quoted by GoToLatam was also competitive as we were able to compare Crisdel's quote with another comparable agency in Peru.

Once the tour was confirmed, we were assigned to Enzo and he did a great job in keeping us moving from place to place, flight check-ins and upgrades and hotel check-ins, even on weekends.

GoToLatam/GoToPeru is based in Cusco, so for those tours outside of Cusco, they had to depend on local ground tour agencies.

We had two major incidents (1) failure to pick-up at Foz do Iguacu airport and (2) wrong hotel booking in Buenos Aires but they were eventually sorted out by the local tour agencies involved. And that is the main takeaway, they were eventually sorted out, responsibility taken and apologies accepted.

While at Cusco, Enzo surprised us with a final night dinner for my wife and I, which was a rather pleasant surprise.

Everything else went as planned and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of South America, all made possible by GoToLatam.

Two thumbs up and we thoroughly and without hesitation recommend GoToLatam, Crisdel and Enzo.

The itinerary has been fulfilled in time and in all details. No delays at all. Additional useful information was timely communicated via WhatsApp. All their local partners were doing great job as well.

Had GotoLatam organise a 26D/25N tour of Chile, Peru, Brazil and Argentina for our party of four including flights, accommodation, airport transfers and local guides. It was a fantastic experience from planning through to execution by GotoLatam. Communication was really good. Joana was extremely helpful and responsive during the planning and quoting phase. Enzo was in constant touch and responded quickly to enquiries via WhatsApp.

GotoLatam does subcontract out to local guides on the ground. They are mainly an online travel business but that did not deter from their management of local guides. One guide described them as the “best travel agency”. When I asked how so? The guide said GitoLatsm was “very strong”. I took that to mean GotoLatam is demanding of their local guides and do check in to make sure they are performing up to GotoLatam’s standard. Anyway I cannot complain about the drivers or the guides, they were all very good.

Our party of four joined up with another party of four friends to form a party of eight in Peru. Two of us were celebrating our birthdays. My wife asked Enzo to organise a birthday cake for the two of us at the Tango show and dinner in Buenos Aires. Enzo surprised us by arranging two cakes instead of one! That was service beyond my wife’s expectation. It speaks to GotoLatam’s care of their guests.

I recommend GotoLatam highly.

The Go To Peru team was nothing short of amazing from the beginning stages of planning my vacation to boarding my flight back home. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail. This was truly one of the best experiences with tour agencies that we ever had. We wanted to go to South America and explore several countries, but didn't know how to better arrange it with many travels. And that's when agency representative Crisdel helped us. She was incredible, professional, knowledgable, with personal approach and very patient :) As she has adjusted a vacation itinerary for a us a few times, first with 4 star hotels and then we decided to stay in 5 star, also with adding an additional country. And she was always quick with responses and very clear in her description. And then in addition, agency was so incredibly helpful with adjusting already complicated itinerary, as due to health reasons I couldn't attend some of the high altitude places - and this is when representative Enzo helped. Who was always so helpful, kind, so fast with responses and attentive to all our requests/questions. So overall, it was an amazing help!! And then during the vacation itself, all transfers/flights were smoothly arranged, all tour guides were professional and Enzo was checking on us during the vacation to ensure all is going well.
