Unfortunately not the best experience
The driver helped with the luggage, but wasn’t very welcoming. A few times it looked like he was falling asleep on the highway, so we had to call his attention. Might have been a misunderstanding, but still, it was a bit concerning. He also had a bumper seat but it wasn’t offered to our child at 7 yrs.

I did want to gently clarify a couple of points. A booster seat was available in the vehicle and offered during your trip. As it wasn't noted in the booking that one would be needed — and your son is quite tall for his age — there may have been some genuine confusion in the moment about whether a booster was required. For any future ride, adding a quick note at booking helps us have everything ready from the start.
On the drive itself — our drivers are trained to stay focused and keep conversation minimal on the highway, prioritising a smooth, safe journey over chatting. I'm sorry if that came across as unwelcoming or concerning; that was never the intention, and safety is always the priority. I'll pass your note along so we can be mindful of striking a better balance.

Edgars the GOAT when it comes to hospitality
Edgars was absolutely wonderful and made our day trip from Genève to Chamonix–Mont Blanc truly memorable. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to be around, but what we appreciated most was the personal care and warmth he showed my parents and me throughout the day.
He drove smoothly and comfortably, kept the journey relaxed and enjoyable, and made sure we all felt looked after. He also guided us along the way, kept an eye on the weather, and very kindly picked us up from St Gervais Station for our return to Genève, which made everything so much easier.
Edgars has a rare mix of professionalism, kindness, and genuine people skills. You can tell he really cares about giving his guests a great experience. Super friendly, reliable, and highly recommended — easily one of the best. Wishing you all the very best, Edgars!

Airport transfer for group of 10
We had two vehicles for our party of 10. Drivers arrived a few minutes before our scheduled pick up. Vehicles were extremely clean, drivers very professional and it was a smooth ride! Would definitely use again.

Madars was amazing. Friendly, perfect English, good conversation and good music and knew everything about the area. Let us stop for photos and got us to the resort in excellent time! Fingers crossed we have him for our return trip.

Great Service!
The drivers were excellent with their communication. They responded quickly to any requests we had and were very friendly during the drive. They were accommodating for my child who felt travel sick on one of the journeys. I felt safe at all times. I would recommend this company.

Our driver Madars was excellent, he arrived slightly early, which is always welcome on the way to the airport. The vehicle was very comfortable and spotless. His driving was excellent, and we had great conversation en route. Definitely would recommend.
