Really fast service
Really fast service, due to a change in my flight I had to get a visa in less than 24 hours and the team especially Steve was super helpful and made my stressful situation a lot less stressful. They arranged a letter so I could board my flight and then when I arrived in Hanoi and representative met me before immigration with a sign saying my name. From there he and his colleague finished the process and it was very fast.

Sali was a life safer for me - i noticed the night before my weekend flight to Hanoi that my e-visa didn’t go through and i panicked. Sali provided support via Whatsapp (in the middle of the night in Vietnam). I received an approval swiftly such that i could fly the next morning and a colleague was waiting at Hanoi airport to support with the visa. I can highly recommend the support!
