This store sold me fake Airpod Pro 2's. The packaging had typos, and while the headphones sound normal, when I'm on calls others always complain about the sound quality- there is no background noise cancelling on these.

UPDATE (March 9, 2026): I have followed up with the support team as suggested, providing my order number and photos of the packaging, which contains multiple typos- a major red flag for counterfeit goods. While the product technically "works," the microphone quality is incredibly poor, making it unusable for calls as people cannot hear me clearly. I am now waiting to see if the company stands by its "quality checks" and provides a full refund for an item that is clearly not as described.

This website is a total scam. My order was never shipped, and no one would answer your call. DON'T buy anything on this website.

Update: They shipped the product, which was a very obvious counterfeit product. The images on the packaging were blurry. The font on the packaging wasn't embossed as it should be. So I returned the product and started the refund process on PayPal (luckily, I chose to pay through PayPal). Then their "customer representative" started to harass me and tried to trick me into canceling the PayPal refund request, claiming that I could reopen it later if I was unsatisfied, which was in fact not true.

Fraudulent company. Ordered an item and canceled it after it never shipped. They said their payment processor was down and thanked me for my patience. I had to have my credit card reverse the charges, which came from a company called "the Omni Home" whose phone number was someone's international cell number. Go Virtual's mailing address is actually a residence in Delaware, FYI. I doubt they are located anywhere near there. Don't buy from these scammers. It's more hassle than it's worth. I doubt any of these positive reviews are real. Appalling customer service.
