Customer service??

No customer service at all. Have sent several emails but haven't got a reply. There isn't an automated reply so I'm not even sure if they have received my emails - and there's no way to find out!!

I received a package which I didn't…

I received a package which I didn't order without any information (invoice or sender address) I have today been asked to review the product hence I now know who sent the item. After ringing the contact number which states "open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. I just got an answere machine asking for my emai address and phone number.

Life changing supplements

I use the ‘Fibre’ capsules and think they’re absolutely amazing. After having my second baby I wanted to lose weight and get toned again, this supplement is helping me to do that. The Glucomannan makes me feel fuller for longer, and I’m no longer craving the constant sugary snacks like I used to. I was sceptical at first, could these really work?? I’m thrilled to say, I’m already noticing a difference in my weight and I feel great for it. If I forget to take the capsules for a day, I notice how I get the cravings back, so make sure you regularly take them and drink lots of water with the intake. I take two capsules, twenty minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Recommending these supplements to friends and family as I love the way it makes me feel. Product arrived quickly and in good packaging.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Dreadful customer Service. Ordered after a Liz Earle recommendation. 3 weeks later no sign of goods. 25 phone calls, numerous emails. Customer care appalling. Had to claim money back with my bank. Worst experience ever

I wish I had read the other reviews before making my purchase. Clearly a company that cares more about profit and getting rid of old stock than doing the right thing by the customer. Very disappointed with product and service.

Poor after sales care

I tried this product after a recommendation on Liz Earle Wellbeing. I found the individual/ daily packs really useful, especially when travelling. Unfortunately I struggled to establish a regular time to take these supplements as they advise they should be taken with food and I intermittent fast so kept forgetting to take them later in the day with the business of work. I tried taking with an oat milk coffee but vomited on 2 occasions - so they definitely need to be taken with a meal. Because of these issues I have over stock and needed to delay my subscription. This is where I have a big issue. The ' manage your subscription ' link in the reminder email did not work so I emailed customer services and was told the request to delay had' been actioned for you'. However, the payment was still taken and I was told that I now have to organise/ pay for the return of the order. I complained again and was offered reimbursement of the postage once they had received the return. GP Nutrition, no matter how great your product is, or how many subscription discounts you entice people with, if the after sales care is poor then you have a big problem. Subscription cancelled and looking for a new supplement provider.

Very disappointing

Non delivery

I ordered on the 4th January and immediate payment was taken.
After a week ( and each subsequent week of waiting ) I emailed the company to enquire where my order was and each time I was told that it would be with me by the end of the week.
This didn’t happen so I cancelled my order on the 27th January - over three weeks since my original order.
If products are out of stock or there is a problem with delivery then customers should be informed at the point of sale or at least updated whilst they are waiting.
Unfortunately, you leave the customer wondering whether you are a scam company due to lack of communication AND non delivery.
Very poor on both counts. Will not be ordering or recommending

Again another bad customer service

Again another bad customer service. I ordered a supplement end of December and yet I receive my order!! I have emailed them , no answer, no acknowledgement. Order not received no communication

Placed an order on 03/01/23, received confirmation email but still haven't received products or even a notification of dispatch. Have tried to get in touch several times with no response. Money was taken out of account immediately. Really hope this isn't a scam.

Still no purchases received …

12 days after making an order I still haven’t received any delivery/ tracking information and the chat function (only way to contact this ‘company’) never reply. Needless to say the money was taken from my account on the day of ordering and then no contact after that!! Is this even a real company or a scam?! What a shame!!
